Went in to get some ice as staying in the hotel above. The freezer was empty of ice but a very helpful member of staff called Jake went down to the storeroom freezer to get some for us and also some stock for others. He finished what he was doing and immediately went to sort it.
Top level customer service from Jake there.

What happened to this once great Morrisons!!??? It used to be a fantastic place to grab lunch, but now it's a souless store with a small selection of overpriced brands. Only thing worth grabbing is a meal deal!

Morrisons near Piccadilly Gardens is in a very strategic location, making it convenient for a quick grocery run or snack while in the city centre. They have a lot of options in the bakery section, with fresh-looking breads and pastries. The fruit selection is limited, but what?s available looks fresh and well-kept. Prices are quite affordable, and the store covers most daily essentials for an easy and quick visit.

Subject to cost increases way over ten percent, like all supermarkets. Not a maths genius but I can figure that out without a crayon and a carer. Good produce but sadly I no longer buy items I used to as they are above what I think is reasonable value for money. The combination of shrinkflation and cost increase has changed my shopping habits, am not scrooge but will only bend over so far.

Love the Store, so happy it?s on the Gardens, lovely Staff, quick Service. Just found out they stopped selling Princess Corned Beef, went last Thursday, last Saturday, when Monday, went Yesterday, went Today. Definitely deserves a visit. ??
