Continue to get charged full price for sale items and when confronted I was shouted at by mully he told me his name was, also keep an eye on them scanning there own nectar card if you don?t provide one, I?ve used this store for years way before it was Morrisons and I?ll this family who have taken over have poor quality of customer care, most of the time they are on the phone speaking a foreign language I once went to pay she didn?t say one word allowed me to pay and leave didn?t even give me eye contact she was to busy talking on her phone

Can't get an order right or even offer replacement on deliveroo , staff must be that lazy or way too busy to see when an alternative should be given, oh and don't bother with the phone number on Google as its not recognised, even deliveroo can't contact them, they are usless

Bought some items this morning (27th Dec 23) and had to nip back to my car for my purse. Went back in, paid and left. Checked my bag of stuff when I reached my destination and the scratch card I had asked for and paid for was not in the bag! I will be returning after work and enquiring about this and will up date review once I have.

The shop at this petrol station smells like an unwashed old uniform... oh god .. you will feel it just when you enter the shop....... guys!! Please do something about it , this is more than 3 months that smells welcoming the customers.

I went in shopping today .while looking the cashier ran past me shouting and chasing someone outside . When I went back to the car the wife says that cheeky git came running out at me waving his finger saying I hadn't paid for my petrol. Told him you were shopping in the store. Cheeky little ferrit. Wouldn't of come running after me I can tell you. Terrible service

The service itself it's not so bad but the guy who normally does the night shift it's the most horrible person I've seen in my life without any costumes service if you don't like the job you should looking for something different that it.
