So sad with service I have had. I really wanted to use them but now second time let down. First time misdiagnosed with something for 6 months. If you do manage to get through on the phone, you’ll either get fobbed off, offered an appointment in 2 months time, or told someone will ring you back (which never happens). If you go to reception directly it’s just as useless. Waste of time.

Absolutely disgusted! Sick note requested 8 days ago and now told I’ll have to wait 25th for a doctor to phone me- I’m not ill and the doctor knows why I’m requesting sick note! This practice has gone beyond backwards. It worked better with less admin. The manager is never there when requested he’s at another practice???... read full comment
