Very good shop, small and to the point. However the website is appalling in terms of looking at the schoolwear itself. First of all, why do I have to make an account in the first place just to look at the damn clothing, secondly, how am I supposed to look at said clothing if the website locks me out of my account the minute I try to log in to view the price. I don't understand why the price is a big kept secret !?

Very busy stationary shop. But I don't like the fact there are absolutely different prices online and in the store (more expensive in the store). I was told that they are not cooperating with online store, hovewer how could I order online when every part of uniform I bought is for different size.

I?ve been here twice now and the assistants have been super helpful. Today Demi served me and her knowledge of the school uniform was great. I?m really impressed with them. Currently it?s tricky to access as they are working on Stretford Mall, but Demi was also helpful in other directions to get back to my car. Thank you ?

They have a large variety of Manchester school uniforms but at the same time for less common sizes you have to order in advance but overall a good place

All school uniform related apparels under one roof except for the shoes. The elderly lady staff is an asset to the company. Truly appreciate her efforts to go out of the way to find the right fits.Just check the working days and working hours before you ahead for it.They are not open all the days of the week.Cheers

Well stocked school uniform store. Bought for Gorsehill Primary School but they had all sorts. Call ahead to check for stock and sizes.I parked in car park next to Aldi and walked through to the other side of the mall. Parking is free if only there for a short while.Staff are lovely.

My daughter is due to start school in September and we were told we had to book an appointment at the Stretford store to order the necessary schoolLogo uniform items. What should of been a memorable experience has been exactly that for the wrong reasons. The shop attendant who dealt with us brought out two items after we informed her of what we thought we might need. They only had three items (two cardigans in 3-4, 5-6 and one sweater 5-6) for my daughter to try and we were informed that they had no stock to offer in sweaters and only one cardigan. When we were trying on the sample sizes that they did have she kept taking them into the stock room rather than leaving them with us to compare. We had to go and ask for assistance a number of times to try them again as no size was perfect (why bother with an appointment if the shop assistant keeps disappearing and found standing with no other customers as if she had nothing to do) When we asked about the stock she gave us a card with the item marked on it so we could order online. After an hour?s trip to get home we tried to order the items only to find out they are in inches online and not years. So as we aren?t tailors, we now don?t know the accurate measurements and obviously want our daughter to look smart in her new (first!) school uniform. Having spoken to the Altrinham store we were told our daughter should have been measured. Terrible service at Stretford, and still no uniform ordered. For a shop that has a monopoly on school uniforms in the area you?d think the staff would be more accustomed in customer service. Wow. One star is generous.

I'd called ahead to check everything I needed was in stock and the female I spoke with was very helpful. On arrival at the shop, I was offered assistance by one of the staff. She was very helpful and friendly. The shop is well laid out, with each schools uniform and PE kit in the same location. Very organised.

Totally pointless to go to the shop. Order online if you have to?but then you can?t buy without having an account and leaving child details.Staff in shop today were rude,gave incorrect information about sizing and really incompetent. The website says you don?t need an appointment but they make you queue up outside if you don?t have one and when you get in no one is even vaguely interested in being helpful.All we wanted was to try a bloody blazer on!

Terrible experience. Placed an order for a blazer for my son. We were promised that it would be available end of the week (week ending Sep, 3, 2021). Never received any notification/communication from them. They never respond to phone calls. We went to the Stretford outlet today only to hear from a staff member that "I don't know why you were promised last week. The blazer would not be available until after September 2021".I mean the gentleman who works there did not have any idea about why another staff member gave a false ETA and he didn't even bother about finding out who gave that ETA.Customer service isn't even a thing for them.As for quality of clothes, lets not even go there.

If I could give no stars at all I would! I have been waiting for uniform since early August it is now October! I have been told it is now available, however when I try to contact them to arrange collection or for then to send it out in the post I get no response to any of my emails. You can't phone them as you're directed to email to which they don't respond. So here we are uniform paid for but yet no uniform, no communication no nothing! Very badly ran business if there's another option I will be going with that!

Shocking experience, we had an appointment, they wouldn't let my 4 year old try anything on but the high school children could try on blazers.Obviously the uniform we purchased didn't fit, we went back to the store but they wouldn't let us in without an appointment.We ordered a PE bag and a dress, it's been 5 weeks and they still haven't been delivered. If parents were given the choice on where they could buy the uniforms from this place wouldn't not be in business.Update: We received the PE bag on the 16th of October. Considering we ordered it on the 29th of July it's unacceptable.
