I was looking to spoil my daughter, as we used your products at the Columbia Beach Resort in Cyprus, and my daughter has been in love with them ever since. She turns 13 on 6th July and we wanted to spoil her. The store assistant was very attentive and walked my daughter through her options, by listening to her likes and preferences. It was a delight to see her being pampered. Thank you for a wonderful, luxurious and memorable experience. We are definitely coming back for more!P. S. My daughter left her phone in the store and the staff kindly kept it safe for her. What a fantastic bunch of people! Thank you xx

Some decent products, however beware buying presents for others as you cannot get refunds, only store credit. It's ok if you know what you want, but can be difficult if the recepient you are buying a gift for wants something completely different.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service in this store I greeted your assistant with a friendly smile and hello ' but unfortunately just about spoke ' unfortunately very off putting ' and perhaps some service with a smile would make a customers experience worthwhile

The best service I have ever had from the 2 ladies tonight knowledgeable not pushy and we ended going in twice in an hour for another purchase, amazing scents well worth a visit

Didn't go in the actual shop however an English worker was terribly rude whilst I waited in a queue for Thornton's next door. Said I was intervening on the designated waiting space for customers of thier shop so instead of politely asking me to stand elsewhere, she went to the lowest degree and rang Thornton's to review the situation.The man came to see what the 'alledged' commotion was only to be empathetic. I'd understand her situation if the shop had one actual customer in there, let alone no queue forming outside!Grow some brains and find something useful to do.. silly girl.

Staff are not a fault , but poor service on the part of the company. Checked the store was open and them drove 16 miles only to find that the entrance roller shutter was down because the staff couldn't open it due to an electrical fault. Staff told me it had been like that since Friday (it's now Monday).. You would have thought Molton Brown would have updated their stores details to 'closed'...?.. morons
