They charged me £150 to replace my Chromebook cracked screen and charging port, initially thought this was a good deal. They took weeks longer than they said they would so I had to buy a replacement laptop so I didn't miss work, and when I got it back the battery does not work anymore so it has to be used while constantly plugged in.

I've been trying to contact this company for a week, the phone number provided is never answered and the form on the website never gets responded to. They obviously don't want anyone's custom.

Went there in the morning as I had to replace my phone's charging port.The same day in the afternoon the shop assistant delivered the repaired phone near my workplace as I told her I wasn't able to collect from the shop because of work.Great service, very professional and polite.Phone like new.

They replaced my screen with a fake screen twice that was more flimsy than previous repairs so that it shattered more easily then had me pay full price for a screen replacement when it was their bad handy-work

Needed a USB C adapter for my headphones on my Huawei. I had one I'd got from amazon but it made my music a lot quieter. I came to mobile phone solutions where they let my try the adapter out first (so I could tell it worked as expected) and then charged me a fiver (cheaper than official adapters at curry's and the apple one I got online). The girl serving was very friendly and helpfulNote that I went to a different shop in the arndale and was sold an unofficial adapter for 10 pounds (I got the feeling he made this figure up on the spot) which broke within three weeks or so. So far so good with the one from mobile phone solutions, but it definitely seems much better quality (for half the price)

Avoid this place like the plaque they somehow misunderstood me selling my damaged phone to please fix my phone (not once did I say can you fix my phone, infact my worlds were do you TAKE damaged phones.).Thankfully they understand this was mistake and offered me the money for my broken phone, instead of charging me. However I had to wait 30 minutes and the last few minutes I noticed they were starring and laughing at me. (How unprofessional) if you want to sell stuff go elsewhere since they dont seem to understand basic instructions.

Got a screen protector for a P30 Pro, they put it on for me and as soon as i walk out it falls off, dont buy a screen protector from here, it may be cheap but its not worth it, buy one on amazon not from here

Wish I'd seen all the 1 star reviews before I went and spent 80 quid to get my screen fixed, the replacement one they've put in is literally falling out a week later - looks like they glued it in with pritt stick

Took an iPhone here for a battery replacement and the staff stole the original screen from my phone and switched it with an inferior aftermarket screen. When I called them out on it, they changed it back to an original screen but not the one that was originally on the phone. To be clear, the screen does not need to be fully removed to replace a battery, so it would not have been an innocent mistake. They would have had to consciously know that they were stealing it. Avoid this place, as they are likely to try to rip you off.

Sold my grandmother a phone that wouldn't work and when we took it back was told she must of broke it. My nan invited me round to help her set it up and let me reassure you she never took it. They a thief's and why Manchester arndale allow such a operation to continue is beyond me.
