My girlfriend had been given 2 energy vouchers, they authorised 1 and told her the other one had already been used, which wasn't true, when she told them this wasn't possible and that she was going to ring the police because she believed she was being robbed they called her a fat c**t, she spoke to the council and they said they had been doing it to lots of people for a while and that what they were doing is claiming the money back on the 2nd one, they have also made the police aware of them.Moral of the story is DO NOT TRUST! DISHONEST SHOP!
