I had a great experience with Kainat who was very helpful and polite and even stayed past her finishing time to help me open the account. The store manager was also accommodating and welcoming.

Great bank and great service, had a problem with an account and was helped by Lucia. Polite young lady with a spring in her step really made my experience a good one. Even offered me a brew, would definitely recommend?

What a horrible experience.The staffs of this store were extremely lazy and ridiculous. A male employee handled my case, but keep asking for other colleague?s opinion.Highly suggest the Metro bank change a location or the whole entire Manchester team ASAP!!!

Turned up during regular opening hours, it was closed with a sign on the door. Annoying because I went out of my way from bury to get there, meaning a drive and a tram ride that myself and my dad both had to pay for.
