Greasy oil soaked hasbrowns...9 cars waiting q'ing onto princess parkway and still a 15min wait and parkup 4 food. So disorganised when they can see cars waiting

I gave this place 2* a few years ago.... and it seems to have become even worse. Cold food, unpleasant staff and my previous experience they got the order wrong and didn't provide sauces with the nuggets.
Also, there is hardly any space to wait for your food.

Horrible food, bacon under cooked, sausage had no taste and the egg was like rubber. The hash brown tasted of soap,then just to top things off I threw my cappuccino out of the window because it tasted like dish water.

Maybe make an effort with peoples food that they spend their money on? They couldn?t even be arsed to put straws in our bag and only put one of the dips in. Drinks were half empty. Not worth the money spent at all. Do better.

A small outlet yet a busy outlet. Despite how busy, food presented surprisingly swiftly.
Unfortunately, a little tight for long wheelbase vans and minibuses.
