Genuinely might be the worst maccies, always miss food when you order delivery, takes ages when you go in for it, fries are always terrible, literally NEVER give you sauce or straws for some reason & they're one of them ones that charge for the sauces too

This is the most unorganised McDonald's restaurant. Everyone waiting for their orders inside for over 30 minutes and car pick ups seem to be waiting even longer. There is no leadership or visibility or senior staff to try to chase your orders. So the young staff have to deal with all the complaints. This is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant.

Absolutely useless. Waiting 15 minutes just to order as was paying in cash. No orders coming out through resteraunt everything was drive thru. Total wait for some nuggets about 25 minutes. Avoid at all costs

I'm a delivery driver. I had 2 orders to pick from this place. Both orders are ready, and one needs just drinks. I was waiting over 20 minutes to pick up my orders, and I asked 3 different staff to bring my orders. No one responded with single words. They're openly racist towards Asian. I never had any issues all my life delivering or pick up in this manner. I'll report to trading stand and other organisations. This is inhumane!!!

Took about five minutes for them to answer at the drive-through two cars got served on the other side before they got to us When we got to the window to pay, they was just having a chinwag did not even greet us or say thank you we was nonexistence to them.
When I received my dessert, it was just plain and dry all four McDonald?s this and then when I went inside to sort my problem out it took about 10 minutes for me to get a member of staff attention because they just look me in the eye and ignored me Poor pathetic painful Will not be going this McDonald?s again because it?s insulting therefore, I?m unhappy customer

I always order and pay for a double espresso and I always get a single cold espresso after waiting 20+ minutes. I honestly don't think I would ever come here again. Extremely rude staff no mannerism whatsoever.
