As usual, we had to park and wait for our food ,this definitely is not fast food. we asked for a plain chicken burger meal. When we returned home, the burger wasn't plain, and the chip was under cooked and soggy

I used to eat here weekly, and several times per week across different McDolands franchises. I have only succeeded in 1 of my last 3 attempts to eat at this location (all at different hours). They have been ?updating the system? and unable to process or cancel my order so that I can re-order at a different location. Today, the staff were also rude and unprofessional, badgering me unnecessarily. I used to eat this rubbish because it was cheap, convenient, and faster than cooking at home. Now it?s expensive, a hassle, and slower (even if you can successfully order food here). I had no intention to make this year the start of my McDolans boycott, but they?ve truly earned it!

The staff were distracted whilst taking the order, and it resulted in the fries being left off.
It wasn't busy, but they made us wait for our order without any explanation - about 10 minutes.
We realised there were no fries when the order did arrive, but they were unhelpful and rude when we raised it. There was no apology, and her manner was surly. She just told us we needed to go through the drive-through again, which had now become busier.
When we got the order home, we found that none of the burgers had any onions on them. Our food was cold by this time.
The guy who dealt with us through the hatch when we had to reorder the fries was apologetic and tried to be helpful.

Lovely McDonald's I wanted to put a special thanks to Lorna who went out of her way when I was looking for napkins she brought everything to our table and was so friendly - have a great Christmas Lorna!!!!

Disaster, ordered via drive through and received incomplete order! Not what Ive paid for. Ended up with cold soggy, hard to chew bun in my burger. Also very long wait.Very incompetent staff.
