Worst milkshakes ever ! Our order was ready and I told the team three times that there's our food on the table. They said no and after 10 min they gave the same with tasteless milkshakes and melted ice cream! Pathetic! Even kids didn't like the shakes!

I went about a week ago it was busy as always and I ordered on touch screen but sometimes the staff are a bit rude when somethings wrong with your order u work in Customer service so that?s ur job when I asked for some sauce the man looked at me and huffed and grabbed the sauces and through them on the side but overall I nice place to get takeout
Vegetarian options: There are many veggie burgers and wraps and many other options

They served me cold fries and when I have asked the manager to replace them she snatched it from my hands and said: ?next time say it straight away you want fresh fries?. That was such a rude attitude even thought they are supposed I serve everything fresh!

The McDonald ran out of seats to sit in so we had to sit somewhere else. We paid for a plain cheese burger but didn?t get one at all. And there was no ice in Diet Coke when we specifically asked for extra. As well chips were stale.
Kid-friendliness: There was no where for the kids to sit.

Visited today this was the worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced. There were no tickets when ordering the staff had no idea what had been ordered and the manager had no customer service skills whatsoever just basically said we are short staffed what to you expect did not care in the slightest.
There must have been at least another 20 customers waiting for their orders.
One of the staff members asked two of the other staff members to help out one did in between messaging on her phone and the other flipping a water bottle then walked out as there had also been a problem with the drive through.
There was food just left on the counter as customers just walked out.
Once we received the food it was cold along with the drinks.
Reading the rest of the reviews many customers have had the same experience.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 cokes and 2 double cheese burgers. Waited 30 mins, got 2 warm cokes and not doubles. Girl was rude when I asked for refund. Manager Jack shrugged his shoulders when I explained I?ve just lost 30 mins of my life. The place is dirty, unhealthily hot and over crowded!!

The worst McDonald?s I have ever been to and I?ll never be coming here again.
The customer service that?s provided by the members of staff is non existent. They all look miserable, not one of them cracked a smile or happily interacted with the customers.
I ordered on the touch pad and then I proceeded to wait 20-25 minutes for my food amongst a large crowd who were also waiting for their food. The screens were showing a large list of numbers for the orders that apparently were ready but nothing was at the counters, so either the screens need fixing or the members of staff weren?t ticking the orders off as they were getting completed, it wouldn?t surprise me if they weren?t trained for this either.
I saw my food getting prepped and then waited another ten minutes because putting a burger and some fries into a bag is very time consuming. The coke I ordered was flat and warm as they had no ice which just topped off my experience in this hell hole.
The area was disgusting and so dirty, I wish I read the reviews before coming here.
So all in all, if you want a burger that looks like it?s been sat on and you?re happy waiting for almost half an hour for your food and you like interacting with members of staff who couldn?t give two hoots about customers, this is the place for you.
If I could give it less than one star, I would.

Featuring the surliest employee ever. I asked for ketchup and he looked at my like I'd just insulated his mother before dropping it in without a word. I had the temerity to ask for a second. He looked at me like I'd just sat on his hamster. And dropped one more in. Not a word, no chance of a smile and thank you. Being a seventeen year old lad is not an excuse for poor service.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at McDonald?s, mainly because of the poor service from an employee named SOFIA. I ordered a plain ice cream and paid at the counter. As it?s not on the menu, a plain ice cream should be quick and easy to prepare. Instead, I ended up waiting 34 minutes, which is absolutely unreasonable for something so simple, especially when I had an appointment to get to at the Apple Store.
While waiting, Sofia was shouting out order numbers. When I politely asked her to check on my order, she responded rudely and aggressively, saying, ?HOW LONG YOU BEEN WAITING?? I told her it had been a while, but before I could explain, she cut me off, loudly saying, ?IT IS WHAT IT IS, YOU GOTTA WAIT,? and walked away without any apology or explanation.
When my order finally came, she handed it off to another employee, avoiding any interaction. There was no smile, no basic customer service. It felt dismissive and disrespectful. I wasn?t the only customer having issues either; several others looked frustrated.
Waiting 34 minutes for a plain ice cream is unacceptable, and Sofia?s attitude made the experience even worse. She needs to be reminded that she?s only on minimum wage! And how important it is to treat customers with respect and courtesy. It?s disappointing, and I hope management addresses this.

super busy but staff kept their cool with quick efficient work, good communication and a friendly delivery, order was accurate and super quick despite a rushed environment and unfortunately impatient customers.
