I ordered a hot chocolate along with the burgers and it tastes nothing like hot chocolate. It was so horrible that I couldn't take another sip. It was watery and tasteless. I mentioned this to the lady who seemed to be the shift runner, tried to sort and offered to get a new one which was equally bad. There is definitely either something wrong with their machines or products. I am sure the managers and staff member must know how horrible the drinks are but it seems like they don't care or are not heard by the management. McDonald's need to fix quality of their food.

Horrendous! I ordered a filet o fish meal, but the filet of fish was so rotten it was an absolute joke! Took it back to the counter only to be told that the oil hadn?t been changed in such a long time that it was making all of them the same. Couldn?t believe what I was hearing. Literally no offer of a refund. No rights whatsoever selling inedible food or using oil that?s apparently needed changing for some time. Never again! Also the coke was flat just to top off the terrible place.

I called in here on my way out this morning for a breakfast snack. Queued up longer than usual to order, queued up to pay as well, finally collected my food and drink.
The hash brown was floppy and fatty and was still cold in the middle from being a frozen item. I opened my McMuffin with great anticipation only to reveal a single sausage muffin and not the double I had originally ordered.
The Coke was the only correct item on the order!!!! Shabby wait time and shabby food.
The staff were polite etc but I won?t go there again. Attention to detail is good customer service.

Delivery on table very late .
Few item missed in service.
No paper and sauce provided in tray and there no paper and sausage outside provided where we can take . All is under them ,
No any mac flurry and shake

Waited over 30 minutes for my food then it came out cold when I went to address the manager they had no interest ? I know they are very busy and it's stressful but I expect better from a person in a manager position

Soooooo dirty. Area to bin packaging overflowing on both bins and tops. Dirty used cloths just left out. Tables dirty with flies, had to grab the spray cleaner bottle and clean the table myself once I had sourced some napkins. A child could have grabbed the spray bottle. I hope it only had water in it.
Once I'd got my food no muffin so given chocolate cookie, stale. Diet Pepsi not fizzy, didn't dare use the toilets.
The worst sanitary McDonald's I have been to.
