Been here a few times, never got everything we wanted. Either no milkshakes, told to wait for an item on our order while the rest of the food goes cold or no carbonated drinks last time.

First time in ages I went inside a McDonald's. What a horrible experience. Soulless atmosphere, practically invisible staff, broken pay kiosks, slow order fulfillment, and cold and incorrect food order when it finally arrived. McDonald's was never meant to be a five-star restaurant . But it was always fast, cheap, cheerful, and tasty. Every single one of those qualities is now gone. Absolutely abysmal experience. Will not be back.

I really do love McDonald?s and have visited many branches. However my experience at the Pendlebury restaurant on 14th Dec was very poor. Rude unhelpful woman on drive through. My paid order on the app disappeared but it still took my £28 from my account. Had to wait 30 minutes whilst sorting the problem inside to try and get my food. After leaving with food, it wasn?t what I?d ordered. Food was stone cold. The bread was stale, now I feel sick and have an off belly. Definitely avoiding this McDonald?s and going to leave the experience as a loss financially , I couldn?t bare to return for a refund.

Just visited this McDonald?s the inside of the restaurant was absolutely disgusting! There was food everywhere all over floor all over the seats I chose to eat in my car as it was a health hazard. I asked one of the staff if there was anyone cleaning and they said they replied with ATTITUDE were busy.. SHAME on the management here. You FAILED. My food was half warm but edible. GRUBBY pics included ?

Really don't know i take a chance and re use this place but I've decided im 100%done now, food is always cold always wrong and for some reason stop doing milkshakes and ice cream at a certain time of the evening. All the Uber drivers ect have now manners and park anywhere and dont care about other carpark users .really shocking this place.
