I went there today and the staff is really rude and disrespectful, I had a child with me who wanted to go to the toilet but even after multiple requests they did not open the toilet (they have the toilet locked all the time for some reason). I requested them a lot but they didn?t open the toilet and were really rude to me and did not give a reason why the toilet must be locked for all customers. Even after others asked them to open the toilet.

One of the worst staff ever on the till. I said SEVERAL times- add a fruit bag to each of the happy meals. What did he do? Subbed a fruit bag for fries for each of the happy meals so my three children ended up with NO FRIES. This was around 1.15pm. Either train this person properly or sack him.
