Printer dosnt work, nothing new here.
No staff to be seen so took a long time to be seen too. Large que (8 people) all waiting.
Worst coffee i have had at a McD's.
Floor and tables need cleaning.
Non of the staff look happy, thats if anyone of them actually appears or says anything.
Whilst i was there not a single order was correct.

Usually always some kids kicking off with the workers. If not the kids then it?s the mega rude delivery partners who badger the closest possible worker. (The staff definitely deserve a pay rise for having to deal with it)

They claim not to have milkshakes whenever you go, which is basically all you need to know about this McDonalds.
They didn?t put BBQ sauce in my bag, but it?s clearly on the receipt.
The Coke Zero was almost out of syrup, I didn?t notice until I got home.

Worst McDonald?s. Several times that I have been here was lacking basic items on the menu, but only if that was the only problem? food served cold, waiting over 30 min on restaurant for 1 meal, over 1h on Uber eats, wrong or missing items, waiting like 15 min on car park when using drive-thru either busy or not and to top it all some rude staff.
Won?t be ordering here again?

Restaurant itself is closed during the night despite what Google and the app say One of the worst mcdonalds going. Food takes way too long and is constantly cold and there's trash from the place everywhere outside. They don't care.

Absolute shocking service when I went here a few days ago, ordered big mac meal and a extra tea. Paid at 1st window no probs, got to the 2nd window and that is where it all started to go south. I asked where my tea was and they said u didn't pay for one at 1st window, told me I had to rejoin the que and go back round, I tried to explain to both the mangers that makes no sense as I'm here now. Take my card and run to the till and pay for me so I didn't have to rejoin que. Well OMG the manager had a right fit and told me to move out the que and I'm not getting my money back. I then tried to explain to the other manager what she did and said and I was met with the same fate. I ended up having to go inside for my refund as she would not give it me. Been here many times and even when there is no que you are still asked to park up and wait. I will never go here again EVER, and if I thought for one min a complaint would have an effect I would have complained right away. SHOCKING SERVICE GUYS 0/10

Ordered on the app wrong order delivered completely wrong dint matchbamythjgnin order sheet delivery driver took food back said would let them know and return never did free meal for him tried to ring no answer road would take 5 days for someone contact me on app absolute joke will never order from this site again would advise everyone to steer clear of this place
