Wouldn't even give this place a 1 star!! They forget everything constantly. How can you miss two burgers off the order? Baring in mind it wasn't even busy this time we went!

The chocolate I just bought is absolutely unacceptable! When I opened it, it looked like someone had already eaten it, and to make it worse, it had no taste at all! This is by far the worst experience I?ve ever had!

Not seen any staff member using gloves, headcap during food preparation. Food hygiene protocol is not followed. Very bad.

I call in every other day for a coffee or cappuccino I'm afraid I don't eat wish I could but due to medical issue I cannot a young man who serves me often I heard another staff call to him Preston. Just want to say if all people had his amazing attitude always asks if there's anything else he can see I'm struggling and always says would you like help ie bringing the drink to the table always asks how are you today spends a few minutes, that's what I call customer service.

I went to the MacDonald?s Hume Asda today to eat,The food arrived much later than normal and all them are cold food .The chips were very small portion.Then went to spoke with the Manager.
Moreover the white man acts as a racist.He does not like people of other colors and treats them very badly.And he did that to me.I think this kind of people shouldn?t have in a famous company as a managers.

We are regular customers but the service we receive is always appalling, I have been racially abused and the workers do nothing. I wait for my food for hours and every time I ask them when my order is coming they say ?a few more minutes? they leave my order to the side and my drinks dilute and melt into the paper cups. What a waste of money. Once I finally got my food it was stone cold and distasteful.

I messed up the order and I accept fault for that however the manager Verra spoke to me as if I was an imbecile, not only making me uncomfortable but ruining my appetite. She looked at me with daggers in her eyes and made me feel as if I was unwelcome.

Was in maccies Hulme Asda yesterday evening. Spent about £15 on my order and ended up just walking out in disgust. Not one of them workers had a pair of gloves on. The guy with the beach blonde dyed hair with tattoos was grabbing and scrunching up the lettuce in his hands and man handling burger meat etc whilst touching his face and scratching all over his body. Not just him but not one worker had a pair of gloves on. I walked out because I was put off my food I never even tried getting my money back. How is anyone eating from here the personal hygiene is disgusting. They look well understaffed also so management can?t be the best either.
