I went Sunday 29/09/2024 morning for breakfast and I notice they never smile. Also while I was in front of one of the windows to waiting for my order I saw a guy wipe his nose with his hand and arm and touch the food. While they were cooking I saw a cleaning girl put the bucket in the sink and fill it with hot water. I was served by the manager and while she was preparing my sandwich she wasn't even wearing gloves. She's ruined my day and I had to throw away my breakfast. What can I say? Dirty, disgusting and not professional at all and not friendly.I wonder how many other things they do while you customers aren't looking. I honestly wouldn't spend my money ingesting your employees' germs. I will definitely never go back there again.

Such a worst Mc Donalds store ever. I have ordered a meal and they sent me only the drink. I don't know how the staff can be so reckless when taking the orders. Could be better if you hire a responsible staff. Even when I called the store to inform about this, they never picked up the call. Irresponsible staff.

The worst place we have purchased food from ( McDonald?s Manchester Arndale)The food was cold and didn?t taste like other McDonald?s! I took it back and asked them to replace it but unfortunately the replacement was as bad as the first! The quality of the food was inadequate and I should have insisted on a refund. I was ill through the night and rough all day today!!!
