Went in today Monday 7th of October to order 1.99 breast roll deal o nap customised it no sauce or bacon or cheese extra sausage when I irons after I left I completely missed the egg to late to go back it?s a complete joke do they not know egg has to go on it good job it?s cheap

Ride staff especially managers. Cold food served and greasy fries. The seating area is not clear at all.

Okay good apart from my chicken burger came as beef and I didn't get an apology for it either! I was just told to wait for the replacement.
Sadly lots of homeless people there, perhaps needing to stay warm.

Gave me tea when I asked for coffee forgot a cheeseburger I ordered, chips went cold while I had to wait for cheeseburger the toilets were disgusting,won't be going to that 1 again in St Ann's

I recently visited McDonald?s late at night on August 30th after a long evening out. To be honest, I was a bit concerned that I might be asked to leave due to my condition, as I had been drinking. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional kindness and professionalism of your security guard on duty.
This gentleman treated me with great respect and care, which was a stark contrast to my earlier experience that night where I was unfairly removed from a club by their security. The way your security handled the situation made me feel welcomed and safe, even at such a late hour.
I truly appreciate McDonald?s for employing such an individual who provides outstanding customer service and understands how to treat people with dignity, especially during busy or challenging times. I hope that you continue to keep such caring and professional staff members on all shifts throughout the week.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks to the security guard on duty that night. His actions did not go unnoticed, and I am deeply grateful for the care he provided.
Thank you again for maintaining such high standards of customer service.
