Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. I watched them closely pit their hands in their hair the going to make up orders with the very same hands without washing them or anything. The environment is dirty and unclean all over both tables and floors. It's.nearly a year now and I haven't been back. I read the reviews, nothings changed and at the prices they charge. Money is hard to come by, one would at least expect a little effort in these cases. I remember calling the manager aside that day and saying something about what I had observed, he didn't seem overtly bothered and had plenty of excuses. It is so unacceptable, it's damn right disgusting. If I could give ¼!of a star rating I would. Absolutely terrible, the franchise owner and McDonalds should lower their heads in absolute shame.

People pay good money, so why isn?t it clean in there? Floors look like they never seen a mop, all behind the tables are filthy and half the staff are sat outside the front vaping.

The best thing about this one is that this branch opens at 6:00 am. I was traveling from thousand miles away. I was dead hungry. There was no place open and none was going to open until an hour or so later. I was starving. I needed to eat and there this was. My saviour of the day. I had the egg muffins, my favourite with black coffee. Amazing!

Sometimes the breakfast is made quite messy. Not wrapped properly and the buns are not put together correctly. Donuts always stale.\\n\\nAnything else is great.

Made an order via the drive through, had to wait for more than 20mins, only for me to get home and realised one of the burgers was very cold and the fried was not only cold but was burnt as well. Couldn't eat it, had to microwave the burger before I could eat. ...............not a good experience at all.

After waiting for 35 mins in the drive thru lane; I asked the staff member if it would be possible to have an extra toy in the happy meal. I was told ;'NO I need to pay for it.' I explained that we have just waited 35 mins for a happy meal and my kid is frustrated. I was again told 'NO' I wasn't happy with this and asked to speak to the Manager; The Staff member swiftly responded, 'who do I think I'm speaking to, i cant speak to people like that.' then walked off. I waited between 3-5 mins expecting a Manager, but the staff member just carried on preparing the next order. I asked the staff member if she had even called for her Manager for which she said 'No, you cant speak to people like that' I replied can i please speak to your Manager? she again just ignored this and carried on preparing the next meal. Realizing she wasn't going to get the Manager; I parked up and went into the store; after about a 10 min wait; i asked the counter worker for the complaints procedure, I was told 'I'm sorry but i do not know this' so i suggested she go ask her Manager. The manager came over and i explained that he was clearly very busy and i just wanted to raise a complaint; he gave me someone else's receipt and said just contact this number to raise a complaint. I have rang the number on the receipt several times with no answer.

Terrible service. Slow and the staff seem incompetent. Never have ice cream machine working or milkshakes. It's a joke this place

Ok..As usual im not in anyway paid to write these reviews (Yet) and im not related to anyone running the joint. \\\"McDonalds\\\"... well it is what it is. A burger joint. From time to time on my travels i pass various\\\"drive in\\\" branches of McDonalds. Most of the time i can (hard as it may be) ignore such culinary temptations and wait til i get home..but equally as many times i dont ignore and instead succum to my desire for a freshly prepared and cooked beef burger with all the extras. Now surely if you live on this planet you will know what a great burger tastes like. All i will say is if you have never tried an \\\"Mc Donalds\\\" (burger and chips) its time you fullfied that experience. \\\"Great tasting\\\", and \\\"great value\\\" my most recent \\\"Mcdonalds\\\"\\ntreat was at the branch on \\\"Ashton old road\\\", but for me the standard and taste is consistant throughout all their immacullate locations.. trust me....

Not bad a place, the Pandemic has taken a toll on comfort within the place but still not bad if you don?t mind the wait. But their restaurant upstairs need a makeover no doubt.

Having visited this branch of Macdonalds a good few times, I have got to say that the incompetence still goes on. For the last 3 or else 4 visits we have had to rejoin the drive thru queue for them to correct the mistakes made with our order. Tonight we just wanted drinks, a large Fanta for me and a strawberry milkshake for my wife, imagine this, with 6 cars in front of me and 5 cars behind me and I'm at the speaker placing my order the first words that came back to me were " we haven't got milkshakes tonight" so instantly I was angry that I was stuck in a queue having to wait for everyone's orders being taken care of, only to leave with another Lime Square McDonald's fail. I also ask myself, what would be the case if for some reason I had to leave quick for an emergency with there being no escape lane. Pathetic service & setup. Cant do minus stars on reviews, but if you could mine would be minus 5
