They sold us spoiled milk twice, the product was in date but when we informed them that it had spoiled the staff seemed unbothered to remove the potentially harmful batch.

Staff are always lovely, deliver prompt and kind service with a smile. This is my local and I frequent often and have never been let down, they're always making sure I know the latest bargains and even recommending products they know that I frequent, that I may like to try.

Definitely I will not order online from this store again. Product arrived DAMAGED and OPENED! Not to mention that they replaced half of my basket items with replacement products as the ones I wanted were out of stock. Some items were completely missed off from my list too (was refunded for the difference). Didn?t even inform me at all and just gave me whatever. The volume and price for the replacement items were all different and I was charged more for them. For example, a 600ML handwash bottle for £1.45 was replaced with a 250ML bottle £2.10. Avoid this store, they clearly do not quality check what they send you, and don?t care what you actually ordered.

Good staff, lost money under fridge, got a refund after the woman wasted her own break on me trying to get the pound from it, recommend going there!!

Staff are clueless in this shop, all I hear is everyone?s parcels going missing - back in may my parcel was delivered here and a staff member gave my parcel to some random person WITHOUT ID CONFIRMING THE PARCEL BELONGED TO THEM. £100 trainers just handed over to a bloke? not called my name anyway. When I went in to complain they said ?you don?t need your ID to collect the parcel? so what you just believe someone?s word for it? Basically said ?oh well not our problem? service is terrible avoid getting your parcels delivered here

Lovely, helpful and accurate. I love it there, they are always to process the refund of a parcel without question but with assistance.

If I had a chance not to put any stars I would have. Just now I went to put my parcel in the shop, I wish the lady (Denise is her name) good afternoon, the response was very rude in the tone. It?s not the first time with her because she is been working there even before with McColls. Is he has been very rude and raciest. I started to type the details to send my parcel as I was doing there came an error message saying printer is out of order, another staff ( Anwar) he came over and tried to fix it so he called her, she said they as we should know what they are doing as it was not the first time for me sending parcels through Evri. I just ignored what she said, then she came to check the printer it was showing the same error she fixed went inside the counter and while I was typing she just flipped the screen towards her side without even asking while I was in the middle of typing this was the time I was bugged up and I asked her why did she do that and why she said I should know what I am doing though she know very well that I send parcels from the shop often. I asked her why she is so rude and racist on top of her voice she was arguing this wasn?t the first time but it happened several times I did not bother to have an argument but today it was way beyond the limits line and I had to put this review. As a customer I don?t deserve this kind of service, attitude and respect. I am totally disappointed because of the racism and rudeness. Please look into this matter. Please on a polite note don?t let her treat customers like this, today it?s me don?t let any more customers had to face this from her.

Prices are bit darer than any corner shop .but they have hermes drop off / collection point which is good .no parking in front of the shop .yellow line you need park in street to go in shop.
