“Amazing service. If you need beds urgently, mike is your man. We had come to clean and sort out our rental and did not realize there were no beds until we got there and we were hoping to sleep there for the night with 2 children. We needed beds urgently and I rang bedfellas. I explained the situation to mike and he was able to sort out two double beds instantly for us. He also ensured all the bits for the beds were available and gave us bed slats just in case they were not in the flat packs and trusted us to bring them back if they were in the packaging. Mike explained that the mattresses however were not able to fit at the back of the car and he was unable to deliver the mattresses on the same day as he had other orders on the van which was full. After due consideration of our situation and the fact we had children mike quickly came up with an idea and said he could give us the mattresses that were on the van that were meant to go out for delivery the following day. Mike not only delivered the mattresses but also rang to check if the slats were needed and if the beds were alright. Mike was very professional and helpful. We cannot thank mike enough for all the help he provided us.”
