Lots of parking. Great selection of clothing. The only issue was the lack of tills on which made my visit when exchange to long. Self service was great when purchasing items but not for returning items.

My wife and I have just been helped by a lady called Brogan. I have to say she was the most helpful and friendly person I have dealt with in a long time. We had a problem with a gift card and although it was one she had never seen before she persevered and finally resolved the issue. I would like to thank Brogan and say she is a credit to Matalan. Well done Brogan.
