The food was excellent, but unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy it as we were asked twice to move from table to table during our meal. I understand the staff's need to manage tables for incoming customers, but interrupting diners mid-meal felt inconsiderate and gave the impression of prioritizing profit over the brunch experience.

Yesterday afternoon, we walked in hoping to get a coffee. The member of staff on shift looked straight at us, said nothing, and then turned his back and walked to the side of the bar.
He leaned on the bar and proceeded to scroll through his phone.
We sat down and started looking at the menu, thinking he?d come over or offer help at some point. At one point, I looked over to see if he would realise we needed help, and he looked at me and then continued to look at his phone.
I don?t know whether it?s table service or not, as I?ve only been a handful of times. But the least you?d expect is a hello when you walk into a café, and for them to explain if it?s not table service. Or at least do this when they can see you looking confused.
We were so shocked by this guy's attitude that we walked out and went across the road to Rustica (who greeted us with a smile). He just stayed on his phone and said nothing as we left.
I mentioned it to my friend?s boyfriend later as I was so miffed, and he said he?d had a similar experience.

Dude with the moustache poured the most bestest pint I?ve ever seen for the person ahead of me then poured me one ever better (though I thought this was impossible). Great experience, I hope I see him on bar more.

Amazing place, such a great atmosphere to come in and have some incredible food, whether brunch, midday or dinner. Good coffees, selection of beers and just generally lovely place to go. Plus dog friendly :)

Falafel wrap and babaganoush were lovely. Really nice chilled out atmosphere

Come here loads for a coffee and to do work. The atmosphere is lovely during the day, and in the evenings it turns into a really nice bar where the drink selection is great. Definitely want to try the food at some point, but amazing spot would reccomend.

Been here a lot over the years and have really enjoyed it. The girl that served me couldn't be bothered. It was too much trouble to look for slimline tonic her demeanor was the absolute opposite of what you would expect from this bar. The guy workin with her stepped in to help and was great. Stayed for one, will visit again and hope normal happy service is resumed.

No one knows a good breakfast better than me, and this was top notch. Had eggs and avocado with extra bacon, done crispy as requested. The missus polished off a veggie brek in seconds flat. All set for a day of drinking.

Nice laid back place to have lunch. Quick friendly service and food was lovely. Only thing would be nice if you could have some of the main dishes on the menu at lunch rather than just the brunch menu as they look
