I shop here quite often. I find the parking spaces extremely small and too narrow. Very often its difficult to open the door without hitting the car next to you. I have had many dings on my car from this car park and also a bad accident when someone backed into me.

Lovley, come very often, and always lovley people and good food. Although slightly expensive, very high quality. Cafe is OK but slightly expensive

Faultless service from the staff at Prestwich; Adam and Chris saved the day when they replaced a bag of shopping that had been left by the till and had been picked up by another shopper.
Made our Xmas with their generosity and thoughtful response.

Small car park but free. A reasonable size food hall and a small cafe. Staff are friendly in the cafe and cakes are good. The toilet (1 of) was a bit disappointing for M&S, not clean and tired looking. Hand stop though off the M62 better than service station

I'm a big fan of M&S. We stopped here to grab a few things on our way home. This branch was well laid out and spacious. It has lost a star because of the ridiculous car park. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an accident there every day.

Very nice clean store with lovely staff. I love that Prestwhich has an M&S with such a huge variety of options. The Bakery is lovely with a great selection and it's great they have a cafe! However, I do feel the cafe could be revamped into the modern age it's out of date, but the menu is always changing with delicious options!
