I?m an elderly lady and was looking for a specific colour when I visited the store. A lovely lady called Bernie went out of her way to help me?she was so kind and patient. Just wanted to say thank you, M&S, and let you know that you?ll always be my favourite store!

All the employees are very kind and polite. Even when some customers behave rudely, they respond with great courtesy and try to resolve the issues. They are all friendly and helpful ? I don?t know how they manage it, but I believe Marks & Spencer should reward the staff at this store.

Great deals, just lack of options in sizes, nature of an outlet store I guess.

Great selection of items, some bargains to be had. Lovely staff and most of the rails well organised. Parking is OK, but remember to set a timer as it's limited to 1h30 max stay.

I am writing on behalf of my 88-year-old grandmother, Regina, to formally express our deep disappointment regarding the treatment she received at your store on February 25, 2025.
My grandmother has been a loyal customer at your store for many years and has always found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, her experience on this occasion was distressing and unacceptable.
She is an electric wheelchair user and has always been granted access to the disabled facilities without issue. However, on this occasion, she was denied access by the Supervisor on duty, who insisted that she provide a valid medical card and a doctor's note. Despite the fact that her disability is visibly evident, she was refused entry, causing her great discomfort and distress.
A fellow customer, witnessing the situation, even intervened and pleaded with the Supervisor to allow my grandmother to use the facilities. However, the Supervisor remained firm, citing a new store policy that allegedly requires proof of a medical condition to access the disabled facilities. Additionally, the Supervisor made an insinuation that disabled individuals might steal goods, which is not only offensive but also discriminatory.
My grandmother spent at least £100 whilst in the store and did express how much she spent in the store to the Supervisor, to which the Supervisor shouted across the shop floor, "We will refund you for the goods if you're unhappy."
This experience was humiliating for my grandmother, who was left feeling dehumanized and unwelcome in a store she has patronized for years. Denying access to essential facilities for a visibly disabled individual is not only unreasonable but may also be in violation of disability discrimination laws.
I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that no other disabled customer endures such treatment. Additionally, I would appreciate a written response outlining the store?s policy on disabled access and any measures being taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.
I look forward to your prompt response and to seeing your commitment to inclusivity and respect for all customers, regardless of their physical abilities.

Directions are very bad. So much building work happening and directions have not catered for this. Drove round in circles and ended up giving in and not bothering
