States on web and in window and that it's open till 21.00. Went at 20.30 and it was closed, no sign of staff- clearly been closed a while. Shame.

I have searched manchester city centre supermarkets for egg custard tarts, and they were not to be seen! By chance call in M & S at Piccadilly Station and there they were in all thier golden yummy glory. Well done M & S for keeping these in stock.... At least I know where to go to get them now. Were they good,? Oh yes, just what I had been looking for. Staff were exceptional.

Me and my mom went to exchange a pyjama set & then the lady on the till told old us we didn?t buy the set although we clearly showed her a recipet yet of the items which she denied; she then took our items away and my mom was shocked but she couldn?t communicate with the staff member as she doesn?t speak English; I didn?t purchase the set with my mom & therefore I was trying to understand both my mom and the staff member about the situation. I asked my mom to leave as I didn?t want to discuss the matter any more, my mom left shocked and crying as she purchased the set & then the member of staff took it away. The day after my sister and mom went to the branch and they were given a refund by the manager as it was proved we bought the set and it was taken by the employe whose description is below ( a British Lady in her 50s/ 60s who has grey/ white hair), she wasn?t rude to us but she was biased as the set we bought was clearly on the receipt.

Staff were nice, can't say the same about the breakfast, omelette in a bun!!!! Whoever put this on the menu in my opinion should really take it off, the bun is stodgy the filling is inedible, tasteless and not in any way shape or form related to an omelette.
