Always such a lovely experience in this shop, all the staff are super friendly. Just as I was walking past I have just seen an employee helping an elderly lady to the car and carrying her shopping for her. It's so nice to see these things! :)

Today, Amel served my daughter and me at the M&S Café in the Arndale, Manchester city centre. We were unsure which drink to choose, and she kindly helped us decide by offering a taster. We really enjoyed it ? all thanks to the lovely Amel.

Terrible parking

This M&S is very well-stocked with a wide variety of quality products, some reasonably priced and others not. This M&S is positioned in a very handy and convenient area, right next to the Arndale Shopping Centre for example, and many other shops surrounding M&S. I shop here occasionally and recommend to everyone.
I wasn't impressed with the scruffy-looking, noisy cafe though, and felt fed up waiting for over 10 minutes, so I will avoid this cafe in future, unfortunately.

Excellent products across the line, not enough staff, literally had to search for someone to help, but when I eventually found a member of staff they were very helpful.

Bra fitting service : Vera is amazing there, she having massive knowledge about fits of bras and listen a lot you and your needs. If you looking for good bra fitter who loves what she does - Vera is your person!

I popped into store yesterday to use your loos and ended up buying a lovely suit from your men?s section.
The suit that I originally tried on was a touch too big but with the help of Chantelle and Cherry (and a one nameless mannequin) I found the perfect size.
It?s very rare nowadays that you get brilliant customer service but both of these girls went out of their way to help me and were attentive from start to finish.

The cafe on the top floor is really lovely. Escalators to go down to the food hall are on either side of the main entrance.

The introduction said that the travel fund would not close until 20:00. When I went there at 17:00, he told me that it was closed and I would come back tomorrow.?????????????
