Myself and my mother are visiting the Christie today! So stopped in at the M&S cafe, the lady that served us I believe her name is Sasha was polite, friendly and efficient made for a very pleasant visit. We ordered two breakfast wraps and a cheese twist we both liked the wraps, and loved the cheese twist. I had a black Americano which was delicious! My mother had tea ?tea is tea? is her review! It is pricey but convenient.

I have ordered a Mocha this morning. Taste was disgusting and it was cold.
I could make it at home same one, observed making. Chocolate powder in a cup added warm milk and added some coffee powder ?.
I previously had it made, I was served from Meschine. What a waste of money, I took it back to them and just said it isn?t good.

I expect the food was excellent as usual in the M& s cafe at Christies but I never got to find out. I joined the queue but left after more than ten minutes with at least 12 people between me and the till. I think given such a prime spot, M& S should look at there staffing levels and practices. What you are currently doing is unfair to NHS staff, patients and visitors.

Tried to buy a coffee (making 6th purchase on sparks card) so shoukd have received one free. Free coffee wasn?t included after queuing at the end of the cafe. Went back to till to enquire after free coffee and after producing sparks card again, free coffee appears. Back to end of cafe and again queuing for free coffee (it was put to the back of the queue). Asked how long for coffee to arrive and was told by a very rude manageress that I would not be served with anything else. Disgusting customer service and will not be going in there again. Husband had to leave his coffee, no time to drink it before treatment You don?t expect to be verbally attacked after travelling a distance for treatment at Christie Hospital, Manchester and just requiring a coffee. Appalling service !

This place is an oasis in the Christie. The young staff do an amazing job as they are rushed off their feet making an endless stream of much needed hot drinks for staff and patients. Well done guys!

Absolutely stellar experience at this place! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee enveloped me, setting the perfect ambiance for a delightful visit. The baristas were not only skilled but incredibly friendly, offering personalised recommendations that exceeded my expectations. I would like to highlight the lovely young blonde haired lady working on the coffees who was not only extremely polite and helpful, but her friendly smile made my day even better! I would definitely recommend this place.

Iv left this review on this site as I have lost my recipe. I was served by Ebony today at M&S Christie?s hospital. Ebony was very efficient and extremely welcoming. She knows how to to her job and doesn?t it extremely well. Thank you for the pleasant experience ?

Beautiful cakes. Decent coffee and lovely food. The queues are always really long which is off putting but I suppose that?s because it?s so popular. It?s great value for money and very very good food.

Picked up a turkey toastie which is meant to come with a gravy dip. Got told by rude customer service assistant at the counter that they have ran out. Can't be helped but why not get enough in stock to sell with the rest of the toasties? Or why not make some? Staff member didn't offer any alternative and was actually quite abrupt in her manner. Not one smile or friendly face on any member of staff. Wouldn't go back. It is only a self serve canteen selling over priced processed items.

The new younger staff are fantastic and the service is better than ever! The coffee is so good I never go anywhere else even though I have am in perfect health lol! I just love it there so much. That Ra Fa guy doesn?t know what he?s chatting about. It?s simply the best. Ever. EVER.
