The worst pharmacy ever. Used this pharmacy for 25 years. 2 years before COVID it went down hill. Still use as it is close to home and GP nominated .will definitely be changing my nominated pharmacy.staff would rather stand around chatting. Never get prescription in one go always out of stock. GP sent prescription Wednesday went to collect on Thursday afternoon. Staff said no tablets in stock. Explained my husband needed his heart tablets . Assistant said we have one strip and could order the rest would be in Friday left it till Saturday pharmacy was quite full only 1 staff member and the pharmacist. People were walking out. My turn came and was told medication had not been delivered

I've never seen so much ignorance in the service, they look at the customer without saying anything as if there was no one there

I would give zero stars to this pharmacy do not use it under no circumstances the staff is 'coocooned in their own world' clueless not professional always not ready to satisfy customers always out of stock ,lack of management i used this Pharmacy but not any more.They p***** me off ? so that I changed to Tesco Pharmacy which I recommended on Stretford Road.The manager who is in the charge maybe should think to change his profession, as this is definitely not for him.Former customer.

Worst pharmacy in the country. The service is appalling. After taking 10 minutes to find my prescription (even after I?ve given them my identity card and my NHS number), I had to hear that I should come back in 30 minutes because they were ?closed?. The door was open and they were selling products to other people. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have lived in hulme most of my life. And don't usually leave a no star if was possible review. I usually don't go back. But this is my nominated pharmacy (that will change). I went in midday sat 22nd, there was a male staff member chatting nicely and kindly to another patron. When he dealt with her, she sat to wait. He didn't feel it necessary to acknowledge I was at the counter. Now the lighting in the shop is may a little dark so it may of been difficult for him to see me. I asked if there was anyone else on? Without looking up from the previous person prescription on the screen.. 'In the toilet won't be long'. So he did see me...Eventually he decided to attend to my custom no prescription items, to be clear.I live 150yrd from Manor and its not the 1st time I've experienced horrible customer service. So I'm going to switch to Princess Rd pharmacy. They don't have a GP round the corner from to feed off for 80% if not more of business.There a blonde woman who works on the front, who is lovely and kind, but I know she treats people equally, even if the lighting is a bit dark.Trudy Roberts

I would like to give a really positive feedback to this pharmacy and please don?t hesitate to come in. The staffs are always smiling, say hello to regulars and accommodating requests. People are likely to provide negative feedback because they were upset but all my experiences with this pharmacy have been absolutely great.

I was busy the whole Saturday morning and knew I couldn?t make it here until after midday to pick up my prescription. I made sure to phone up and ask what time they close, and was told 1pm. I rushed as fast as I could and arrived about 10 minutes before closing and the gates were already down! I appreciate that it?s my bad for only being able to make it here so close to closing time, which isn?t ideal. But they could?ve told me their actual closing time on the phone to save me an unnecessary journey in the middle of a pandemic.
