Location was good for me. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was good, clean bathroom and great size TV.
I would have graded my be room 5 if i didn't have a connecting door to the next room , this meant i could hear people next door.
Breakfast reasonable value if pre-booked (£15).
Otherwise a great hotel and would stay here again.

Room was clean, spacious and modern.
Staff very friendly and happy to help.
Good food and choice.

Location great to get into the bars and restaurants.

Good quality hotel within decent walking distance of most things in city centre. Nice room although pillows were too soft for me.

Great rooms, though lighting was not bright enough. Very clean and well presented.
10 - 15 mins walk to the city center
Food and service were great.

Tucked away a short 10 minute walk from the main city center. An old warehouse converted into a hotel which has kept many of the original features.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, except for the delivery vans early in the morning. Would recommend rooms facing the river to avoid this. Otherwise, was comfortable and convenient for Aviva Studios which we were visiting for a show. Breakfast was good and dinner perfectly acceptable for a pre-theatre. Good location for centre of town too.
Rooms: Avoid rear rooms if you don't like to hear morning deliveries
Nearby activities: Great location for lots of restaurants and city centre sights and attractions. Very convenient for Aviva Studios
Walkability: Handy for all amenities

Good hotel poor service standards. Team member at check in forgot to add my Bonvoy account details. Unable to complete online, called hotel receptionist unhelpful and used high levels of sarcasm. What a run around! Guess I?ll have to contact for a fourth time ??

I booked 9th - 11th Mar, 2 nights stay. To be honest, me and my gf was quite happy when we first live in. The room was clean and big. However, this morning, a lady she said she is manager, she knocked our door 3-4time within a hour to tell my gf to get out. My gf was going to pay for one more night and the so-called manager was aware of that. But her attitude was very very bad. The worst part is she break into the room without my gf's permission.
We know the check out time is 12pm. My gf already told her that she will come downstairs soon to make the payment for another night. However, this extremely rude lady not only break into our room, but also treat me very badly when I tried to argue with her.
Moreover, there is a guy age between 45-60, look like a manager too, also extremely rude. When we went into the hotel?there is a glass door that needs to be open manually, he checks our room card everytime even if we lived there 1 night already, that's fine, but his attitude is very bad. Without say any thanks or excuse me.
This is the worst hotel I have ever lived in the UK. We Don't feel that we were welcomed at all. They treated us in a very rude and unfair way. I don't know if the lady manager has discrimination on us due to we were Asian. When I asked her, she didn't explain but kept shouting at me? saying I didn't know her background.

Stayed here as it is next door to place we went to see Bowling For Soup play. The music venue next door is terrible - worst venue I?ve ever been to - however the hotel is brilliant.
Staff were lovely and helpful, food and drink was really nice and the room was big and comfy too.
Only slight concern we had was we weren?t alone in our room?. We stayed in room 107 and about 12.45 we had a woman walk across the room and disappear! Definitely not something I expected to see, or have ever witnessed before.
I didn?t sleep well after that but weird stuff a side it was an amazingly good hotel and stay.

I can not comment on the rooms, but the service is great.
We were there for an appointment at the Macgregor and Macduff pop-up shop and were seen almost immediately! In and out in under twenty minutes.
I asked if I could leave my car there while we popped in to Manchester. No problem, as we visited the hotel and registered my number plate, we had eight hours parking!
Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

Location was perfect and that?s about it, the website asked for my arrival time I put 2:30 check in isn?t until 3 so that?s fine room wasn?t ready not an issue, went to the restaurant and got some over priced food and drink that tasted ok but the restaurant staff were so lovely and welcoming, went back at 3 room still wasn?t ready and was told 15 minutes went back after some time room still wasn?t ready so was put in a different room. I must admit the room was really nice apart from the handle to the bathroom was coming away from the door and there was a funny smell in the bathroom but I can deal with all that. I went to a concert at the Aviva venue so the hotel was perfectly next to it gor back and started to drift off when the couple above me decided midnight was the perfect time to have an argument, slamming doors and stomping around granted that?s not the hotels fault at all but there?s no soundproofing at all you can hear everything. Got up and went to breakfast there was a good choice and was again ok. Overall the staff are lovely but I wouldn?t go back in a hurry
