My Heartbreaking Experience
This place has broken me. I was one of their most dedicated workers?I didn't just do my job, I fought to keep this place alive. There were critical moments when I single-handedly saved them from disaster and public defamation. When everything was falling apart, I stepped up and protected their reputation with my own sweat and sacrifice.And how did Darren and Will repay my loyalty? With disrespect, wage theft, and mental abuse.
Darren, that bitter, miserable man, never once acknowledged what I did for them. He treated me with nothing but contempt, as if my exhausting efforts were worthless.
Will and Heidy ruled like tyrants, abusing their power and treating me like I was beneath them. Despite saving their business, they repaid me with aggressive shouting and intimidation. Will would raise his voice and scream at me, making me feel small and worthless.
Will's unstable behavior made every day unbearable, leaving me anxious and on edge.I gave everything to save them. In return, they crushed my spirit and stole what was mine. I deserved so much better than this pain.

We had two nights at this hotel. We were welcomed by a very nice receptionist who did her best to guide and help when we had questions as tourists. Breakfast was so nice. Everyone was nice and the service was really good. Room was nice as well. We were in a room downstairs and the only thing I was missing was a window with some daylight.

We got married at Manchester Hall at the end of August and we couldn?t recommend the team highly enough. Their professionalism, adaptability, knowledge, organisation and advice was exceptional. A very special thank you to Megan for helping us from start to finish with the planning and Sophie for supporting us on the day making sure the whole thing ran smoothly. Each and every staff member we encountered before, during and after were so helpful. I would highly recommend the team and venue which is just stunning. Thank you again. Emily and Tom.

We had our wedding at Manchester Hall and from the very beginning Ella took incredible care of us. She guided us through every step with patience and attention to detail, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the team. On the day, everything ran seamlessly thanks to the staff, with a special mention to Noah, our maître d?, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely looked after. Manchester Hall didn?t just host our wedding ? they brought our ideas to life and made the day magical. We couldn?t recommend them more highly to anyone planning their wedding.

Fantastic hotel and building! Had a lovely 2 night stay! The breakfast (included with booking) is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Sublime. Brilliant service from every employee we encountered. Would definitely stay again next time we?re in Manchester??

The venue is a really lovely place and attended for a 65th birthday party which was excellent.
We were met warmly with the receptionist and she showed us to our room. The room was very impressive.
At the end of the event, a member of staff, named Nathan, remained until us stragglers got a move on and he remained friendly and courteous. A credit to staff who overall were really lovely and ensured everything went smoothly for Maria and guests.
Tired by the night's event, ready for shower and bed. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable hence 4 stars only which was very disappointing and we woke up, once we could settle out of sheer tiredness with aches and pains. The noise of loud music from a nearby venue made the night even more unsettling for my partner but no fault of the hotel. The toilet was very low so be aware if you have limited mobility as seemed to be more for wheelchair users.
At breakfast we were greeted warmly by the restaurant staff. Special mention for Sandrine whose service was excellent and checked often we were all well catered for especially those of us needing several coffee top ups. A lovely member of staff without a fault so thank you.

My friend had his wedding at this venue on the first floor, which I helped organise. With the use of the three rooms and bar and balcony, all of which are stunning.
Food was great, the team including organiser Ella were always so helpful. Darren the GM and Noah and his team were proffesional and nothing was ever too much trouble.
A perfect day a beautiful venue and spot on team. Thank you!

The Manchester Claims Association have held our Annual Black Tie Dinner at Manchester Hall for the last five years. The venue is excellent and it is always a please dealing with all the staff from the Admin Team to the staff on evening as they always provide a first class service and a real pleasure to deal with.
