The workshop is so convenient in Harvey Nichols shopping center and close to Selfridges shopping center. The manager is really knowledgeable and helpful to guide you through the different Watch servicing options.I do recommend to leave your watch on their hand for a makeover.

Warning warning warningDo not use these cowboys11/10/23 saw advert and sent watch off to be serviced in full working order.website stated full services cost was £600 for my omega seamaster. On 24/10/23 after not having an contact I made contact with them to see what was happening with my watch as I hadn't received a quoteOn 27/10/23 I eventually recieved a quote for £1182 !When I queried this was double what they were advertising I was informed it was after examination .I informed them that was more expensive than omega direct they them offered a minor service wheres seals etc would be changed.i paid them £144 for this and was told my watch would be done in 2/ 3 weeks.Having not had any contact from them by the end of November I emailed several times without any response and when I did ring was informed they were having difficulty getting parts from omega !By the end of December having still had no contact I phoned again to be informed they still didn't have the parts. On 11th Jan 2024 I eventually got an email saying the parts had arrived and my watch would be serviced .8th feb having still not recieved my watch i made contact to be informed they had been short staffed and they would check what was happening. The staff member then informed me that they would not guarantee the work as they had found an issue and I would need to pay the full service price to have the work guaranteed. I questioned why this issue had never been mentioned before to be informed it had only been found when the work began .I questioned how the original quote had given if the watch had not been examined to give the quote and informed it wasn't.As they wouldn't guarantee the work I requested my watch be returned along with the fee.On 19th Feb having had no contact or my watch returned I made contact yet again to see where it was.it hadn't been sent back and neither had the fee been returned. On 21st Feb I eventually received my watch and it is not working .I rang to report this and was informed i should have got a full service and that the watch mustn't of been working when I sent it in otherwise why would I have required a service !I informed them I had videos of the watch working on day I posted to them , they immediately changed their story saying the issue they had found must of been the reason why it was working .I challenged them as to how they had never mentioned my watch wasn't working when they went to carry out the work .the staff member stated they had in an email I asked for that email to be sent to me .surprisingly enough no email stating this was forwarded to me just one saying their had been water egress which is why the watch wasn't working now .Strange bearing in mind my watch was in full working when I sent it to these cowboys yet now it is water damaged!!!I have reported these to omega as they are unprofessional and shouldn't be trusted .Having looked at other reviews it is clear they can change a watch battery but that is about their level

I bought a Sekonda wristwatch in Argos but needed a couple of links removed for it to fit me.So I went to Luxury Watch Repairs as they were open at 11am on Sunday where I was informed that there would be no charge for the work.I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I was served by Charlie who was absolutely fantastic. The links were very tight and difficult to remove but Charlie persevered and, eventually, the links were out. The watch was a perfect fit and, despite his struggle, Charlie refused my offer of a tip. If you need your watch adjusted I recommend you go here. You will not be disappointed.

Sent my dad's GMT master in for service and the bracelet and New clasp sent it in January and received it back at the end of September I was constantly on the phone and emailing no one could tell me when the watch would be ready to be sent out, the way it works you have to pay upfront, and what's so Heartbreaking is my dad past away in September did not get chance to wear it, at a cost of £2,000 and all original parts are kept . I can't recommend sorry, changing batteries might be ok but automatic watches please stay away absolute nightmare.

In October 2022 I left in a vintage Omega for repair. Later that year I was emailed to say that the repair would cost apex £700 and required the watch to be sent to Omegas factory in Switzerland. Ai paid the east image and gave permission for the watch to be forwarded. Watch has been with the company now for over 1 year. Communications in relation to the delay have only occurred when I made personal visits to their premises in Hatton Gardens. Having been told (through a personal visit) in May 2023 that it would be returned by September 2023 I have just been informed (again through a personal visit) that it will be ready in January 2024. I have asked to see their communications with Omega to confirm this but they have not been forthcoming.. Reason given is delay by Omega, however communications with me on all of these delays have been verbal and to date I have seen nothing in writing which corroborates what I am told about the delays by Omega. However it seems extraordinary to me that Omega would take over a year to conduct a repair. . This is all very frustrating and I have only received updates from personal visits. Not the way to run a business.

I cannot express how grateful I was to Charlie for going so far out of his way to fix my watch. I had barley gone a day without wearing it in the last 6 years before breaking it and after it was sent away to London and being told there was no fixing it. Charlie went off and custom made a part to ensure I could continue to wear the watch that was passed down to me. One of the kindest people I?ve come across who clearly went above and beyond due to the fact he just loves his craft ( and he?s absolutely brilliant at it too ). I would reccomend going to Charlie at Luxury watch repairs to absolutely anyone. Thank you so much for the help

Terrible, charged me £1600 for a Rolex service and crystal replacement, told me it had to go back to Rolex, various things changed in the movement to find out this was mostly nonsense. massively over paid, i checked with Rolex and the repair/service should have been half that price and it didnt go back to them so was done in house

Poor service - my husbands watch was sent away in January and we finally got it back in August.Reasons for the delay included the moving of premises in London, lack of staff to carry out the workload and poor communication. The manager - Charlie- did seek to address our queries, apologising for the issues we had encountered and offering a discount.Would advise anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere.

2nd time I?ve used LW repairs in Manchester and both times I?ve been lucky enough to speak to Charlie. Very helpful and friendly, couldn?t ask for more! Will 100% be coming back.

Im afraid I have also been stung by the battery replacement service routine. Quoted one price at the Harvey Nichols store in Manchester, quoting 7-10 days turn around, only to be sent a quote several days later that they cant guarantee waterproof without a full service (over 3x the original quote) - strange, the manufacturers don?t say the same? Its been over 3 weeks now and despite asking for a update via email, after several attempts to speak to them via the number I was provided, Im still non the wiser on the status. Very poor.
