Near impossible to get an appointment if you are working. My GP app is a joke, if you do get through by phone the receptionist tells you to go on my GP, round and round in circles

I?ve been a patient since 2012, I have only ever received 5?? treatment, from the resident Doctors, Locums and nurses. The reception staff have always treated me with kindness.Listening to my friends experiences who live in Bolton and Timperley, that are very negative.I am able to confirm that this is the best practice I have attendedThank you! Terrible GP practice, there seems to be no doctors so impossible to get an appointment and they only do telephone consultations. Look for yourself of their website, their times for appointment bookings are 8:00 to 8:06 and its online only, so if like me you have a slower Internet connection, they close before you can book the appointment. If your lucky enough to get one, the GP gives a false email.adress for you to send images of your issue! The emails bounce back with no way to let them know other than to then sit on hold for god knows how long, eventually having them hang up on you so you have to ring all over again. Failing that, try to next morning to get another appointment just to get an email address to send in pictures. It's a joke. The doctor was dismissive and condescending and the reception staff can be rude and obnoxious. I wish I could afford to pay private.

I used to be happy about going to the doctors and seeing Dr Ralph, since Dr Ralph has left it?s gone downhill. Dr Hossen needs improvement on his person Centred care. The least this practice could do is get someone like Dr Ralph. Will forever miss Dr Ralph

Ask my GP service is barely working, slowly loading or crashing. Open for only for a few minutes every morning. Submitting a request is difficult.When trying to reach the surgery via phone is usually a busy line or you have to wait for your call to be picked up. Sadly it is not going through most of the time.If you do get to be seen by your GP usually it is a good experience.

I've been with the practice for more than 20 years and I've always been treated with kindness and care from both doctors, nurses and the receptionists.

Great experience today on my appointment with Sister Krystyna Kelly. She is such a caring, professional and knowledgable woman. She always has the time to listen to you. The reception team also great. Many thanks for all the hard work you all do for us. Excellent!!

The GPs and the clinicians are good, the receptionists are ok. Unfortunately it takes an age to get through to the surgery by phone and the Ask my GP process is terrible.

Just cannot get through to see a doctor all I get is a phone call and sometimes not even that it's very distressing trying to get through and then when you do reception are so unhelpfull very distressing I've had moor help from a walk in centre in Manchester

Great GP & nurses. Exceptional healthcare. Two terrible reception staff who make the experience to receive medical care & prescriptions incredibly difficult, very stressful and hard work. Formal complaints procedure should be put in place & training in customer care & disability awareness implemented.

. Doctors are hardly ever there. I've seen the locum more times than my gp. Takes forever to answer the phone and when they do the staff are very abrupt. when questioned about this the reply is that they are very busy. have tried ask My gp but it always crashes. when I questioned staff I get told it must be my fault. if that was the case they shouldn't be very busy . I will be taking my complaints higher as I'm very disappointed. I can't see a doctor but I have seen a nurse twice and my dentist 5 times during lockdown. it's a disgrace.
