I came in to this pharmacy to get my out of stock item where i did really struggle to find anywhere. The pharmacist tried her best to call pharmacies around to help me and find the item and she did. I really really appreciate her. She is very helpful. Thank you very much

I went to this pharmacy first time and I didn't even wait 5 minutes service was very good and pharmacist called Ansam she given me medication and she explained how to take medicines in details.

Won?t be using this pharmacy ever again. Was told by midwives and a Gp that I shouldn?t have been paying for my nhs prescriptions anymore. The pharmacist literally laughed at me and said ?well you don?t look pregnant? ( I?m 5 months and wearing a large winter coat because it?s cold!) and refused me of my medication threatening with fines. After speaking to my midwife again she told me to go back and demand the medication. Really really rude pharmacist

this pharmacy is not usually that busy and you get served quickly. They have a good range of medicine available and are all hardworking. Sometimes when I visit the staff are quite short tempered but I'm usually in and out the pharmacy in 5 minutes most.

Asked for nurofen plus to which a young girl in a headscarf stared blankly at me, the same with the older woman and the bloke just said no ? Rude, unhelpful and thick, go to A&A round the corner.

The worst pharmacy ever, I have been to collect my daughters medicine and the pharmacist called Musthafa said there isn't any updations on his computer. After that he was asking for the proof of when I called the pharmacy, at what time, to which person and everything. Then he explained me how to book a medicine without any patience (I was doing that for my daughter for the last 4-5 years).I went there after their collection date only. The receptionist was good.

For weeks now I have been struggling to get a hold of someone at the pharmacy over the phone. Either the line is busy or it goes into this weird ringing noise that seem that the line isn?t working properly. I suggest to get a better line phone or another phone at the pharmacy. As calling several times and nobody picks up isn?t acceptable.

Always friendly, have in ordered medications if they didn't have them. Very helpful and gave advice on ways to save money with prescriptions e.g. prepayment certificate.

The staff is rude and unprofessional, in fact they don't care about customers.I sent my mum to pick up my medicines, after i called the pharmacy earlier, however the pharmacist even though was aware of my arrival, failed to prepare it. Furthermore, she rudely told her to wait a long time while she was labelling other medicines, (bear in mind there was only one customer and three pharmacists). As my mum was unhappy, the pharmacist rudely told her that she can get the prescription and leave if she didn't want to wait! (I highlight the fact that they knew i would come, and they pretended as if I didn't tell them over the phone).AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!
