I would like to say thankyou to the lady on reception. She was really helpful.
I needed to activate my pin, needed a new pin,my old pin wasn't working. Also I needed a bank statement.
She helped me with the machine and then printed out the statement.
I'm no good with technology so I'm glad she was there.
I really hope those at the top have a rethink about closing this bank, it's very essential for the community and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Bank wouldn?t let my family make changes to their account because they didn?t have there Lloyds card , they did however have passport and driving licence. We were also not told in advance that we would need this and only told passport and driving licence. The lady who saw us was so rude instantly and had such a bad attitude and argued with me about the day she called my family. The manager was polite.

The best customer service and the Miss Toyin was so professional and sorted out my stolen account in less than 1h ...I am really pleased and grateful for the opportunity to be there when she was working to being helped by her...I think she will become a Manager in near future and that won't surprise me

The stupid rule of only 10 bags of change is Ridiculous. But a massive thankyou to the staff today for helping me. I believe her name was Toni i think. But a wonderful woman so polite and very helpful i big thankyou to her and the manager who let me off with loads of bags today. Helped me out so much. Again thankyou.

You need to change your opening times, google says 4pm after driving all the way here it shut a 330pm jokers
