I would expect to be able to solve any problem in a physical branch, not to be told to call a specific number, then be transferred multiple times and be asked for sensitive information over the phone.

Terrible bank, employees don't know anything, it's hard to invite a customer to sit down and deal with the problem... everything is standing, between helping me, he goes to other people... very unprofessional behavior...

Decent bank with friendly staff and quick service. Never had issues with my account, and the app works smoothly. Always helpful when I?ve got questions.

Visited the branch today to inquire about an app server-wide outage. Talked to two customer service staff, they were really impatient and kept looking away while I was talking to them. They said i?m not the only one facing this problem, and couldn?t care less about suggesting a solution. ?We have nothing to do with it at the branch, you will just have to try it again yourself?.

Very bad experience, I will make sure you will have better customer experience in any other banks in the world.
App didn?t work, the branch ask me to call the customer service, and the customer service said that?s the job of the branch. I went to this branch 6 times within 3 days just wished to open an account.
Takes one week to process my application, they said, in name of prevent money laundering.
Terrible experience. Also have cash deposits limitations.

I went a few months ago and found the leader of the branch (I can?t remember her name) was super helpful. She took the time to help me understand all the banking terminology (I was unsure of a lot of the things she was saying), and helped me change my details on the app as well as set it up. This was meaningful to me, as I have autism, and sometimes people act as if I am being difficult when I ask for clarification. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me.
The queues can be long and sometimes you will be waiting a while, but it?s Manchester. What do you expect? I?ve waited much longer in much quieter banks before.
For a bank, it?s super pretty. Decorated nicely and has a great atmosphere. Even has a little coffee shop, which I?m sure is great if you have a lot of banking things you need to sort out

This used to be a good bank. You could go in and join a queue, then speak to a knowledgeable member of staff. It is now a chore to visit the branch. Every time you attend they have introduced a myriad of new rules an procedures that help no one. Rather than queuing you have to book in, then wait on a little chair whilst waiting for something as simple as change. Whilst being served, someone then informs you of all the exciting changes that they have made, as though it benefits someone.
It's just a frustrating mess. All they have done is take the staff that worked on the counter, and given them a new role as gate keeper. You no longer queue to speak to a member of staff, instead you queue to book in to speak to a member of staff. This benefits nobody. It's just frustrating.

No customer service. I used to work for Halifax so I know it isn?t a nice job. But I went in to update my details now I changed my name. They refused as they only has 10 mins before they closed. I said I have all the documents with me and they said ?yeah but there is a bunch of scanning to do?. They couldn?t be bothered.

NEW SYSTEM IS ABYSMAL.
Now you are forced to give your name to someone who doesn't understand the alphabet and asks you stupid questions.
Then you are made to sit down in a crowded area, while you wait for an advisor to call your number.
The 2 advisors sat behind their desks were pretending to do work but serving no one... as the waiting area got more busier, hotter and smeller.
The increased wait times and new format are completely UNACCEPTABLE.
VERY LONG AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE...if it continues I'll change my bank!!!
