This pharmacy is unbelievably slow and unorganised. The waiting times are ridiculous ? you can be sat there for hours and still not be seen. Trying to call them is just as bad, as they rarely ever pick up the phone. Getting medication from here is harder than booking a GP appointment. Absolutely terrible service and such a stressful experience every single time.

Absolutely garbage, you think they even try getting prescriptions ready. Before people get there. Still not ready a 12 pm the day after prescribed, will be sending in my parking bill

the staff are very helpfull and while they may be waiting times its only because of the volume of people they help...thank you for your efforts

Under staffed, overworked and always quick so long, even ill patients who can?t stand properly have to wait in the quick too. Plus once at the till you have wait another 40mins minimum wait for the medication. Really bad service. Should be 4 separate pharmacies in all the buildings eg MRi, eye hospital, saint marys and children hospital, instead of one for all 4.

This was a nightmare. The hospital asked us to comeback in the morning to collect very strong medication for pain. We came back, but a problem just started?
Firstly, the prescription from a doctor was not enough and a lady in pharmacy asked us to go to hospital department to ask for written note . After 3h wait finally we got a note (which doctors had no idea how to make as it was never needed) . Then the lady said I have to wait one week for medication?.Because this medication is not easy accessible. It was a lie because it was accessible in any other pharmacies. That?s a joke! I was in huge pain and I was left with nothing!
Thankfully next day I went to GP and they prescribe it and I collected it from my pharmacy. But this situation should never happen to anyone in huge pain? How this could be even legal?

The hospital is well run and organised. The years I have been using it I always dread the pharmacy
If you can, avoid and use your local.
The normal wait time is 45 minutes, the worst I have had is 2 hours. The system has never worked while I have used the pharmacy and I feel sorry for the staff having to pick up the pieces.

Zero starThis is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. First, you have to wait in a very long queue, and when it?s finally your turn, the staff is extremely unfriendly. Then, you have to wait again for a very long time, and there are hardly any seats available.

Due to demand pretty easy to see that staff is not coping, system not working. Long queues of ill, people in pain waiting for prescription like it?s the only one pharmacy in the world. Horrible experience, staff frustrated, not nice.

Absolutely shambolic pharmacy. There is no system for collecting your prescription. Your name is ?shouted? at the door (by shouted I mean mumbled) if you miss your name then you have to rejoin the queue being used to order prescriptions. Stood for and hour with my 89 year old mother (no seats were free). Disgusting way to treat a captive clientele. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

The worst pharmacy in the whole country. You have to wait in a long queue and after you reach the unfriendly staff they tell you that you have to wait for an hour until you receive your medicine.

Not the fault of the team at the pharmacy but this pharmacy needs to be 3 or 4 times the size or have multiple locations at MRI. I went and there was about 25 people in a queue with more waiting after checking in. With my particular ailment I couldn't stand for that long so I had to leave and will go to my GP instead. If you have the option of taking the prescription to a local pharmacy ( if you're being discharged / outpatient ) I would do so. Completely unacceptable from MRI and Lloyds management.

Excellent service at the pharmacy. There was a 30 minute wait which is what I would expect to wait to ensure my medicine was dispensed safely. I was counselled by a lovely member of staff.

Obviously busy but woefully under-prepared for the volume of prescriptions it handles
