Never had an issue with this store, usually come here with my mum who uses a walking rollator / has a disability & the staff here have always been accommodating & very helpful / friendly with smiles all around. There was actually one lady with red hair & glasses, think was the name ?Alex?, was very polite and helpful. Quick service and very efficient.

What a pathetic customer service specially when it comes to treating foreigners
The lady at self service area had suspicion that I'm a shop lifter and kept checking on me.
When I gave her couple of items which I didn't want to purchase, she said go and put it on the shelf by yourselve.
She was very rude throughout the my stay at self checkout.
She shouted in the store and asked me to leave the store and never come back Unbelievable!
I would ask the management to to ask their staff to have better training and sleep before coming on the shop floor.

It's only cheap if you buy lidl own brands, never been a lover of this shop.

Blonde Lady at self service with hair in ponytail and glasses is always rude. Have had bad encounters with her multiple times and her attitude is horrible.
I understand working in customer service can be tough but don?t take it out on strangers.
I?ve never written a review before but I had to on this occasion

Always an excellent experience shopping in this Lidl. I do my weekly shop there after work in the evening and I can always get everything I need. The staff are quick at noticing when the self service queue is getting busier and open up another till.

The queue so long it curves around to the side of the alcohol isle to the middle. Only two tills opened with non of the self checkouts operational. Having to wait 20min+ absolute joke? while the manager is cleaning the floors?
