store recently underwent a layout change, reopening with a long awaited larger SKU range. staff have always been nice and helpful and it's great to have new self checkout tills that work properly now

Thank you very much Kyril Tolbert for your positive review, I am Carlos. Unfortunately Lidl does not think the same since I have been suspended since the 4th of December (paid) and I will have the hearing the next few days.
They claim a supposed DISCRIMINATION for my way of serving customers but the reality is that in 6 months I have managed to have 4 positive reviews (3 on Chettam hill and theirs from Rushome), without having any negative reviews to date.
Apart from the congratulations of many daily customers. The reason? Claim a fair rotation in the schedule since it was always closed or at noon (1:30pm to close or 10am to 7pm - 11 to 8pm for a pre-diabetic person like me, and a fair rotation in the work. The store manager "wanted me there" (in SCO always something that I don't understand if I discriminated against customers. I have seen these months how newer colleagues and with fewer contract hours than me rotated properly, as our generic contract says, but well, now you customers know how Lidl management in the UK works.
Thank you again for your review, I am very proud of all my job.

There is a security guy who works probably mostly in the morning time, looking at people as if they are all thieves. I had a little issue with the self checkout machine, then he approached me in a rude way thought if I?m stealing pastries. On my way out I told him to treat people nicely but then he asks me not to come back to this store for shopping!!! Why!!
some thing very similar happened to a friend of mine with the same security guy, don?t know how many more people he has done this with, I think keeping him there is not the best idea for the business because it is not his job make decisions on people for where to shop.
I hope this will take into consideration.
