Awful service and only getting worse. I have given this pharmacy so many chances, but I am leaving for another. Rude staff that ask everyone for their name and address numerous times and have recently started asking you to write it down. Not just me, everyone!Prescriptions hardly ever ready, so wait all the time. No feeling at all of a community chemist. Go elsewhere.

Would not recommend the pharmacy now that it is under new management EVEREST!First in the queue for a loong time and no one answering the calls! Get to pharmacy 10 minutes later to see too many staff yet no one has the time to answer calls! Poor communication gets another tick!!

Good pharmacy but their delivery drivers let them down. I see one guy out and about a fair bit and he has no care for the safety of other road users. Speeding round corners on the wrong side of the road and blocking roads for other users. So dangerous and it really lets the rest of the team down.

One of the friendliest pharmacies, especially the young Asian boy who helps carry my daughters (heavy) medicine all the way to the car!!! Excellent customer service, would recommend to everyone.

Times need to be changed as closed Sat/Sun. Now I can't pick up prescription till Monday and could have got there Friday if I knew was shut at weekends.

The worst pharmacy going!!! Each member of staff is rude! I rang to place my prescription she said can you give me a couple of minutes I said yes and she hung up. Absolutely shocking! Disgusting service and people with no respect for others. I actually HATE going in here to pick up prescriptions or anything really. They need to get rid of this staff and look for other people who actually want to he there!

Absolutely disgusting service, I wouldn't use this place ever again. The staff are very arrogant and very unhelpfull. Every month the medication that I needed for my son which should have been on repeat prescription was never there and was made to feel it was my fault deeply upset with how I was treated. I would stay clear. And thats why I give it a 0 rating
