Lack of urgency, no care for customers and are happy to lie to customers faces about waiting times.

I stood by the counter by myself, there was no queue but I was left unattended too even after someone had brought the prescription for the only person I met sitting down

Actually got a nice experience today. I got referred by my GP to see someone there. Called in the morning and didn't go through but someone called me back to arrange an appointment on the same day. When I was there it was really busy but there were lots of staff attending to everyone in a friendly way. Then a pharmacist checked in with me attentively and got me the prescription I needed. Overall a nice experience.

An interesting pharmacy. Step inside and it feels like being in a third world country. The floor is exceptionally dirty. The counter is small and can only serve one person. The black/yellow lines on the floor, meant to indicate the distance one should keep, were worn off. The shelves have products on them but only a few items per make. It all makes a sad impression. They didn't have a bog standard, prescription cough medicine in stock. We were told that it would be available the next day after 3pm. Turned up to collect it at 4:30pm. They obviously had not yet unpacked the medicines that had been delivered as I had to wait approx 30 minutes before it was handed to me.Why can't the floor be cleaned? Why can the black/yellow tape not be refitted? Why can't they organise the internal medicine distribution beter?Looking at the numerous One Star Reviews on Google, why don't they invite a management professional for advice? All in all, a very unprofessional outfit.

The pharmacy put money before patients first. They made me pay a prescription charge for an item that I could have purchased for a quarter of a prescription charge. Either the pharmacist was incompetent or they do not care about patients. It was only when I got home I realised. I will avoid next time

Had to go 3 separate times for 1 singular item because they don?t order things on your prescription they just try to fob you off with the cheapest brand of anything on your prescription, all I needed was a box of insulin pen needles now I?m on day 3 of no insulin because the chemist can?t do their jobs, I won?t be going back here again I?d be rather walk 3 hours than to deal with this level of stupidity I will file a complaint to whoever I need to as they will kill somebody with their stupid actions, avoid ignoring our value you health and well being!

One of the women behind the counter was really rude. A kind man with a slight accent but fantastic English came in asking a question and she started shouting really slowly in his face as if he was dumb and couldn?t understand her. Then he asked her how many tablets to take and she rudely dismissed him and loudly exclaimed from the back ?can you deal with him? to another staff member. just ridiculous honestly

I have rang this chemist 48 times today and no answer, I sent email with no reply. I get my medication delivered from them as have mobility issues. I only have 2 days of my blood pressure meds left . Absolutely disgusting service.

Failed to order my repeat prescription for 3 months in a row, after assuring me each time that it was sorted, leaving me without the medication I need.

Possibly one of the worst customer services that I have ever received. During the time of service, the young assistant was attempting to be helpful, but by no fault of her own she was held back by the 'pharmacist.' To begin with, he told her incorrect information about an over-the-counter medicine, claiming that the drug could only be obtained through doctoral prescription. This information is incorrect. UK Government legislation on the drug clearly highlights that the drug is available on 'both prescription, and it can also be bought at pharmacies, without a prescription,' this is further published on the 'Lloyds Pharmacy' information page. Furthermore, the 'pharmacist', came out to explain this false information with his airpods in! Secondly, the respect and comprehension as to how to treat customers was finite. The average wait time per-customer was 10 minutes, which could be understandable, if the 'pharmacist' took his airpods out and explained to frustrated customers why they were forced to anticipate their needed prescriptions. How can this possibly present a professional, principled and assertive 'pharmacist'? As a pharmacy student, this experience has left me uninspired and completely discouraged, I hope to see a change.
