We drove to Kwik Fit on Moseley Road today as we thought our exhaust didn?t sound right, we were going back to Northampton so thought we should get it checked out before doing the long journey.We were greeted by a friendly guy and then in turn spoke to someone else. They put the car on the ramps andSorted us out. Nothing seemed to much of a problem for the 2 guys (sorry I don?t know what your names were). We were so grateful.Truly professional, wouldn?t hesitate going back there again if ever needed.Thank you

We brought both of our cars here over the weekend - one for an MOT and the other for a tyre replacement. Service was fantastic for both, efficient and reasonably priced with updates along the way. It's just around the corner for us too, so we'll definitely be back! :) Thank you.

The tyre change was very quick. Also, I ordered the wrong tyres by mistake, which I was advised of when I turned up for my appointment. New tyres were ordered and delivered the next day, all without a fuss. Great service.

Took car for a puncture repair, came out £139 poorer and to replace both tyres. Good customer service on a Sunday afternoon otherwise will have to rush off my feet getting to work on a Monday.

Recently had cause to visit Kwik Fit in Fallowfield twice in quick succession (a two-week interval). I can't fault the quality of service and speed I received on both occasions. The staff who I dealt with were knowledgeable, polite and professional - based on my two visits, I would definitely recommend.
