Today I was treated very badly and l had lots of micro aggressions in store in Andale, 29 December at 18:10 unlike usual!! Since I love this brand and always buy from it. The (short blond hair) lady was not friendly and not supportive, I don?t know how she labeled me and decided to deal with me rudely, I felt because I am covered head/Hijabi mother with little son of 4 years around. She was careless when I wanted to return a product I ordered online, and was giving me very minimum and short answers to my questions of ex when the new product will arrive. that I have the right to get response as client of when I will do shopping. When I tried a pair of shoes, I said this size is not suitable/ big, then she asked me to go down and get the pair from the floor to her while we both we were standing and talking, I found it rude to ask client this way as never had such before anywhere and at KG in specific. Then while I was looking/ waiting for her support, she was standing on mirror making her make up instead of being around to help, when communicating she was not looking in my eyes, as I am no one, and her way of communicating made me feel very unrespected. As I felt so angry, I just wanted to finish and leave and couldn?t get her name. This why I reporting it here. Thanks for consideration, I am a regular costumer to KG and people there always very kind, smiley and nice, very welcoming and good serving and supportive. and never been treated in this racist and un respected way before and I do hope this to not happen again and this complain to be considered

JADE in the Arndale location is very lovely. She really went high and low to help me get my shoes. She is always pleasant and welcoming and she really made this experience a good one. Thank you Jade!

I was in the store on the 30th June in afternoon just after 2pm. It was so unprofessional and an unpleasant as I think it was the manger who was telling the young security guard off on the shop floor. She was so rude to him speaking to him as if he was 10 years old telling him to go and leave. Obviously she wasn't bothered that there were customers on the shop floor. The security guard walked off and she still went on with herself saying "let's see how you are going to get another job". I had to walk out the shop it was horrible and I did feel sorry for the guard.

Rang the store on a Monday 30th Jan after being in store the previous Saturday (28th). The one woman who dealt with me on the phone was full of attitude, very unhelpful and never called me back to say whether she found the item I saw in store Saturday. Her reason for not looking while I was on the phone was because ?what you?re not understanding is I?ve just taken them off the shop floor & they?re in a box so I?d have to sort through them?. I wouldn?t have thought that would be a problem being as I was trying to buy them item and pay for postage over the phone. Rude, poor customer service. Didn?t call back out of principle. Complete contrast to the lovely shop assistant that served me on the Saturday.

Walked in 10mins before closing, welcomed and served promptly. When I asked to check the availability of my size in a pair of men's shoes, the team member brought out an additional version of the pair that wasn't on display and was more my taste, which I ended up purchasing. The team member then began to explain the benefits of the loyalty scheme prompting me to purchase the brown version of the shoe, thus purchasing 2 pairs of shoes when my intention wasn't to purchase any. Both team members were friendly, warm and we're both influential in my decision to purchase. Will definitely be popping in again.
