Great service and really helpful, until deposit was paid. Than nothings made two appointments that wasn't added to the system with Trafford centre store manager. Will use local store moving forward.

Booking our trip through Kuoni was a positive experience overall. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable during the booking process, and their attention to detail was impressive - i.e. dietary requirements and room preferences.However, we encountered some difficulty contacting them to arrange extra excursions once our trip was booked. Despite this minor frustration, once we were able to reach someone, they were able to help us efficiently and we booked our excursions.Overall, we still recommend Kuoni as a travel agent. Their expertise and customer service during the initial booking process were top-notch, and we felt well taken care of when on holiday by our local guide.

I was disgusted and offended at the store manager Jane Griffiths attitude in the Trafford store branch. I walked in store with my husband and 2 children to get a quote from Kuoni having already done research and deciding just who to book with. Although I was dealing with another friendly agent Peter (quite nice, warm and professional) she kept interrupting which was disrespectful. I was enquiring about the Forte Village to check offers of which I knew there was already some on your website and she advised ?there?s no offers I am going there next week? when I pointed out she was in fact wrong she then quizzed me about my budget saying it is quite expensive then I told her I know the price range and I?m comfortable with it. I know how expensive a holiday is and very capable of affording any I so wish, I felt she judge me and my family when I walked through the door so I would certainly not book a holiday through a company where their staff attitudes especially managers are of that nature. I would normally expect especially with a higher end travel agents the journey to be enjoyable, friendly, exciting when thinking about a luxury holiday not basic, rude and leaving me feeling angry.
