The best place to buy KFC is the perfect taste we travel just to get that,it's a shame tho the only thing wrong they don't give dips along with it when you buy boneless chicken share bucket any size ,they always forget and no napkins otherwise 10 out of 10

rude staff , didn?t listen to my order when it was given overcharged and i paid for stuff i had not asked for. got a full refund and received uncalled rudeness for it.

Paid for food I never received. The restaurant didn't want to know. Staff were abusive and unhelpful. Don't use this KFC unless you want to be robbed and degraded.

The people that work in this place are useless, they never get your order right. Don't bother coming or ordering from here, you would be wasting your money. And when you call to complain, they don't even answer the phone .

I love my KFC. Spike the price are up. The food is going down hill. ( Soggy, Greasy, undercooked,This store need to have higher standerd.Ordering 10 Pieace bucket, expecting there would be mixture of chicken, but what I got was out of order, 8 Drums ? and 2 other. This has happen twice. Won't be coming back as staff missurable.Highly not recommended this KFC

Was sat in the KFC Walkden car park for 11 minutes at 9:00am one morning to eat a meal from the adjacent McDonald?s. Two weeks later I have a £100 fine?????If they don?t want people parking there before opening hours why not just pay for a bollard or a barrier to be installed to ensure no one does? Instead they?ve opted to install parkingeye cameras which I?m sure cost A LOT more than a barrier but hey ho they wouldn?t be able to profit off innocent people making an honest mistake.Greedy, predatory behaviour. I?m never eating a kfc ever again.

Absolutely rubbish Customer Service, no attempts to help whatsoever.This was to do with the app not working at the time, was surprised that they couldn't track my loyalty points through their system.Very straightforward, if it's not working there then it won't work here, with intimidating eye contact! (Think it was the Shift Manager)Never going to that branch again!!

Absolutely shocking service, staff just ignore you when the touchscreens don?t work properly and go about there business without any rush whatsoever. Place needs a complete overhaul of staff and better attitudes.

Parked on there to assist a customer who?s keys was locked in their van, 8 days later I get a parking fine in the post for being there for 18mins, be warned that they are using parking eye and it?s no wonder no one goes there, sub standard food and ridiculous parking restrictions.

Decent kfc branch, there's a drive through, food is good, service is friendly, it's less busy than McDonald's opposite. The drive through is open late, even when the restaurant itself is closed such is handy. Recommended.
