We went to this KFC last night we wanted to use the drive through but the queue wasn't moving so we decided to go in to order. As we was at the till wanting to place our order 2 staff was arguing they totally ignored that we was waiting to get served then the manager got involved a short white male wearing glasses shouting at a young man he then began shushing him while walking across the shop floor at this point we was still being ignored it was disgusting!! Eventually we got served we took our food home it was the worse KFC we ever had it was dry n hard it was bland even the gravy had no taste! We certainly will not be going back again! Do not waste your money here guys!! Iv had a upset tummy this morning...

Would not order from here atall, i have ordered twice now, and they always and i mean always miss items off your order, its just a rip off last time was 10 mini fillets and this time it was all the gravy we ordered, what is the point in ordering the double gravy bucket when they give you no gravy?.. obviously this place is run by inadequate people. They dont even know what to do when you phone up to say they have forgotten your items... best this to do with this place is rather start frssh with new staff or bulldoze the place.

Firstly, if I could give zero stars, that would reflect my visit better. it was very quiet, so i ordered my trilogy meal considering g there were three people in it took about 10 minutes to get my order ,the fries were cold and dried up ,my zinger burger was dry and overcooked with no salad and a smear of mayo when i took it to the counter and asked where the salad was i was told that they had run out and then precided to ignore me ..so please for the love of god if you want some edible food that warm with some form of customer service then go to mcdonald'sAbsolute rubbish ?

Absolute disgrace of staff on the drive through and assisting so called manager! What staff actually comes out from behind the till to confront a customer with there 4 year old child!!! Went here after placing an order on the app for drive through collection, the woman on the drive through didn?t have my order, after showing numerous times on my phone she turned her back and said I would have to come in , I said I would wait in my car as my son was asleep in his car seat. I was completely blanked so I had to park up and go in. When I walked in she was already at the other side of the counter waiting to have a go as she had to leave her station , she said she had other orders to deal with and mine can wait , she was obviously having a bad day and literally through her attitude at me and stormed on into the back. I asked for the manager and asked him if he had just heard how she spoke and shouted at to me to which he replied , ? he was hard at hearing and didn?t hear a thing ? the main manager came out - Tash I believe was his name but this was scribbled on a piece o card attached to his name badge and the other staff members who were rude would but give me there names to file a complaint ,he apologized for there behavior which he didn?t have to as i felt they should have done them selves . For 2 members of staff to be so intimidating, rude and abusive and scream at me and my 4 year old son was a disgrace . Even the other members of staff were embarrassed by there colleagues attitude and behaviour .

Absolutely the best chicken I?ve had from KFC so far. It was cooked just right, very moist and delicious. I went on a Thursday. Bought 10 peice bucket and 4 chicken fillets. Staff Went out of their way to give me what I wanted staff were helpful, thank you for good food, service and it was very clean. Would recommend this one at Failsworth.Parking: There were spaces but it was quiet however there?s a lidl close by.

Ordered a take out from here delivery was too quick if I'm being honest It didn't taste like the food was fresh at all cost me £55 and drink was stolen by delivery driver I do not think KFC is value for money at all chips are awful and always cold and this time boneless chicken pieces were very salty going to have to stop ordering through take away as food is just terrible I will consider eating in next time at least it can be rectified if your in store they don't tend to do a lot when you've ordered from them and they certainly won't send out missing items they just give refunds and even then its not the price you paid for items or codes for next time u visit them not happy at all
