Service was slow and rude, we were allowed to order food that wasn't available and then asked if it would be swapped for something they rolled their eyes and said "yes one strip" when the next person came in they were offered anything they want, including 4x burgers, multiple boneless strips. We were handed half of our order and then told we had to wait for the wings we ordered...when the delivery drivers and drive thru orders were being served before us. The rest of our food was barley warm by the time we got to eat it.

This KFC always misses something out of my orders. Ordered a party bucket with extra wings and extra strips, got home and the extra strips where missing. This has happened 4 times in a row so obviously they are doing this intentionally. Tried to phone a few times but they do not answer their calls. Won't be using this Chorlton branch again.

This is one of the worst KFCs I've ever been to. Super slow, poor food availability. When ordering off Just eat takes way over the time and then cancels. Can't recall ever having a nice meal from here. Will just order from the Stretford store going forward.

Going to get fast food isn?t cheap anymore so ordering the 4 piece meal and getting microscopic pieces of chicken and a portion of fries that would be a kids handful is unfair profiteering by the franchise owner. As well as feeling like I been robbed I will never go there again so they have lost out going forward. Awful branch.

Usually great but always seems to close earlier than stated on the website? been in twice before closing time and the doors have been locked. Please update closing hours on google if they aren?t correct

There is a worker here, I think he is called Joe and he has an accent and long hair. He is such a friendly staff member, always smiling, friendly and polite every time I go. Staff like this makes a good difference :-)

I recently visited KFC in Chorlton and would give it a 1 out of 5. The service was okay, but the food just wasn?t good. I expected more, and I was really let down :(

One of the worst KFCs ever, now we all know there are no good ones but this one is bad.
Ok the food is the same as everywhere else but the atmosphere is dire, service average and not a single smile from staff and customers alike.
