Customer service is absolutely horrible placed a simple zinger burger meal on Uber eats was told it would arrive in 15-20 mins as I live 5 minutes away it?s now been 50 minutes and my food hasn?t arrived

Cold chips couldn?t be arsed making my mum a brew chicken dry and only warm. Also told me in very broken English that they had no hot wings and only normal which I find hard to believe as our food was ready in about 20 seconds and I think they just didn?t want to make fresh ones.

Quite possibly the worst service I've ever encountered def worst KFC. Staff just shouting at each other like some sort of market place slowest service ended up walking out . Never go there again. Anyone else find the nearest other KFC if want it from them just don't go there. Loads of other reviews say the same looks like no one can be bothered to sort the place out ...
Add on . Before the management just reply to this like all others with " sorry to hear this ill pass this on to our team" do singing about it. You really deserve to lose your franchise contract . Can't imagine the higher ups would like this one bit

Absolute rubbish I have just tried to order kfc then they took money about 20£ out of my account then it said he delivery has been cancelled would not recommend ordering for delivery
