The food was absolutely fine, no complaints there. But when I tried to order via the QR code, it was absolutely terrible. When I selected to pay via Google pay, it would "send me an email" which I'm still waiting for 5 hours later. Terrible system that need changing, and yes I already checked my spam folder

Very disappointing service. For a business with such a long history, they clearly don?t care about their customers. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive, the girl at the till wearing a mask was very unhelpful and unprofessional,Won?t be returning.

Just had my food and I?m giving review. Chicken is greasy and soggy. No crisp at all ! The drinks taste like cold water !! Pathetic and terrible food as compared to the KFC I used to have in Kuwait and India.

Possibly the worst KFC I?ve ever had. The chicken was undercooked, more like Kentucky Boiled Chicken. It was very greasy. Fries were okay. Not the best service. Wouldn?t recommend.

Took my daughter for lunch not a good experience for the quality of food.
We had the bargain bucket (6 pieces) the chicken was very greasy, I don?t think it had been mixed in 11 spice mix , the fries were very salty, I think the cornel would be upset if he was alive.
Come on K.f.c get the consistency back!

Very bad experiences. I bought a 8 pounds zinger burger meal. The burger was not hot definitely not fresh. Fries was cold and potatoes was not even peeled of. The drink is kept with ice for so long so it's alot of water in pepsi. Definitely would not go there again to waste my hard earned money.

Service was fantastic! I wasn?t familiar with the menu but the cashier was so friendly and helped me choose my meal.
The food was fresh and I have to say I was really pleased with my meal, will definitely recommend and would come back again!
